Dr. Kelly D Gage

Had initial visit with Dr Kelly Gage today and felt very comfortable, left office satisfied and assured he cared about my health and well being, pleasure to meet, feel quite confident in his ability as a healthcare provider

Numb to everything does not care no reason to lie. Lol

I’ve had real problems seeing dr. Gage! After many calls to the Mercy Hospital i was finally could see his wife(nurse) Alison Gage. I was prescribed a new medication for my recent inappropriate behaviour. Since I’ve been trying to reach him to change the medication because of bad side effects. But he never responded to my phone calls. Uncaring and unresponsive! This is not how I think Doctor should be! I’ve had real problems seeing dr. Gage! It's hard to get in to see the doctor when you need him. Staff is limiting access

Last couple of times, staff won't allow me to make appointment. They say they're too busy. Had to go to a different doctor for an acute issue So sad!

Long term patient. Dr. Gage can be dismissisve. He misdiagnosed an illness of mine, resulting in damage to my organs. In the midst of my having medical issues leading up to the kidney disease, he was too busy to see me and sent me to an urgent care. Not exactly the level of care or attention you expect from an internist, even a busy one. He does not follow up when I’ve been in the ER or had bloodwork he has ordered even when it shows a problem.

Long time patient. Dismissive. Misdiagnosed my illness resulting in unnecessary damage and suffering. Invalidating at times. Bit of an ego. Doesn’t listen, assumes he always knows best. Other than that, he was great.

Dr. Gage has been my family doctors for 15 years. Very good bed side kindness and great listener.

Dr. Gauge was my Mother's Dr for many years. I had my issues and concerns but she liked him. My mother was diabetic she was on several medications for her neuropathy. She was having trouble sleeping he changed her sleeping medication. She in confusion overdosed on the sleeping medication and pain medicine. His solution take her off of an opiod pain medication cold turkey that she had been in for years. I called him twice told him she needed something she was withdrawing his response call 911 if it gets worse. He did nothing my mother ended up overdosing trying to control her pain. I understand he did not directly cause her death. However we would not have had the issues to follow if he had not taken her off pain medication knowing she had been in it for years. He prescribed it. He did nothing to help me get her through this. He was uncaring and unconcerned. I would never allow a family member to see this Dr or go to him. Dr Gage is by far the best dr I have kbow sometimes they are a little late but he is on top of his Game!!!!

THE MOST CARING Doctor I have had in my 50 years. Dr. Gage truly listens. He is patient, kind, thorough and professionally. With Doctor Gage and his staff, I feel like my care is in good hands.

Dr Gage is a top 5 tier physician, knowledgeable, listens attentively, has great personality and a desire to do what’s best for his patients, he always has the patients best interest and is reasonable. Great caring doctor

I wouldn't refer anyone to this doctors office. The support staff is ridiculous. Trying to get a referral sent in time for your parents or your appointment is a joke, even if you call weeks in advance. Their referral department policy is to wait until the day before the appointment to send it and normally it doesn't get there in time, Waste of your time and the specialist you waited a month to see. Getting the referral sent requires a lot of time calling and holding on phone for 20 minutes at a time- babysitting staff to do their job, for two days prior to your appointment. Disgusting how this process is handled at this office. Dr Gage is ok as a doctor but your only as good as your team ..... I wouldn't refer anyone to this doctors office. I've been seeing Gage for about 17 years. Always quick to respond to my needs and concerns. He works with me to figure out what works best for me. BIG Thanks to Gage and his staff!! Thank you guys your awesome keep up the good work! ????

This is the most awesome Dr I have been to I've been looking for one that will listen to me and care about me the office and everyone that works there every single one of you that works with Dr Gage awesome employees

Best doctor I've ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable. The office as a whole runs very efficiently. Very few negatives about the office, which arent worth mentioning in my opinion. Thank you and would definitely recommend you.

I must have caught this Dr. on a couple of bad days, because my experience was abysmal. I moved here from out of state 3 years ago and was treated with disdain and disrespect. Long wait time. Brief ineffective visit. Did not seem to care about getting my full history to become my caregiver. Possibly worst Dr. visit in my 48 years. He actually called and apologized, but I had already moved on to a much better physician and glad I did.

Dr. Gage is truly on of the best doctors I've had the pleasure to meet. My first visit with him I was a little nervous but I immediately felt comfortable with him he talked to me and treated me like I was his little brother. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and he is very understanding. I always get treated with respect and friendliness by the staff and front desk. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. I had my mother go to him when she moved here from Delaware. Excellent

I love Dr. Gage and the nurse practioner. I can always get an appointment and he has a wonderful bedside manner. He is ready to speak with and almost all tests required are within the building. I do not like going to the doctor, but if I must, he is wonderful.

He is a very caring doctor. He first saw my dad a few years ago and he has since past but all my family and friends do see him because of the special care he takes and pride in what he does. We age from 20 to 101. He never rushes you out and listens to what you have to say. Always friendly staff and I think has been just once when we had to wait two days to get a response back but that is out of many visits.

Best doctor I've had. He listens carefully and pays attention to everything. Even if I mention something minor in passing, he checks it out. He gives good advice. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to see him, and his staff is friendly and professional. It doesn't get any better than that.

Have been going to Dr. Gage for 7 years or so. He is professional, cares about his patients, and listens patiently and politely. He picks up on any possible issues that I mention, and checks them out. He has given me a lot of good advice over the years on things I can do to keep myself healthy. Overall, a great doctor, and I've recommended him to several friends.

Dr. Kelly Gage is a world-class Internest. Knowlegeable and current, kind to his cohorts, gentle and thorough with his patients. Design of Clinic... lots of tastful space, quiet and privacy. Building is set back on the east side of Lindbergh, with car unloading at the automatic doors. Get a cup of coffee on your way in !

Dr Gage has been working with my elderly father for years, and I recently stepped in to help ensure he understood his healthcare... I couldn't be happier with Dr Gage. He is a knowledgeable doctor and a thoughtful partner in his patients' health.
