I was lucky enough to schedule an appointment with Dr. Nguyen. When arriving to the office, I was kindly greeted by the staff and taken back to one of the rooms where I waited approximately 5 minutes before seeing Dr. Nguyen. He took the time to introduce himself and make me feel comfortable. When discussing with him about my symptoms, he told what could be the cause of my symptoms. His explanation was very clear and easy to understand. He then did an examination to confirm what he thought could be the problem. As he thought there could be another underlying issue, he made the effort to refer me to a specialist in that respective field. His help through the healthcare system helped me tremendously. Thank you for all your help, Dr. Nguyen!

Best team of Drs.! Best bedside manners! They are caring and patient and I feel very fortunate to have found this team of Drs! I'm a young 62 yr old patient who 7 yrs ago had the Whipple surgery and since have been hospitalized for two ulcers and 1 bleeding ulcer. I will tell you I never feel like I am an inconvenience for having to call them when I have a question or a concern. Definitely deserves a 5 star review!

Dr. Nguyen provided me with great care when I went in for a colonoscopy. He answered all my questions and concerns when I went in for my initial visit and took his time listening to me. When the colonoscopy was over he came to see me bedside and explained what his findings were during the procedure. We also had a Telehealth phone call a few weeks later to go over negative findings of a polyp that he removed. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good Gastroenterologist.

Dr. Nguyen is wonderful. He has a supportive attitude and he got everything ready for my cancer surgery after my colonoscopy. I highly recommend him for any digestive problems.

I chose Dr Nguyen because he came from the country where I came from, it's part of my culture. I felt, he's very nice and a kind doctor, he really listened to all my problems, and then he asked what's important about my symptoms. And plus he's smart, I didn't have to show him the medicines that I'm taking, because he'd already know all about my record and history. Dr. Kent and his staffs are very friendly, office is nice & clean. The wait is good. The doctor explained clearly how the procedure would be done. He is professional. I’d recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Nguyen prescribed a couple of meds for relaxing smooth muscle that improved my sleep quality with a jackhammer esophagus.

My daughter Charlotte saw Dr Nguyen, and he’s very compassionate and understanding. He listens and doesn’t race in room and race out. He had already reviewed some prior Dr records. He is already doing a full work up before he makes a diagnosis. In 5 minutes he gave a referral for a ailment not related to gastrointestinal. We’ve been telling primary care regarding this and they wouldn’t listen , finally Found a Dr we can trust whose knowledgeable and cares about his individual patients. The office isn’t a long wait but the ladies are very efficient and follow through is quick. Excellent Doctor, with a very good office staff. I became ill with Eosinophilic Esophagus and was hospitalized. Dr. Nguyen was very helpful in diagnosing and providing treatment for this somewhat unusual condition. He is very pleasant and easy going gentlemen and I so appreciate the manner in which he help me.

He's excellent, very patient in listening to your concerns. I felt at ease despite having to discuss my gastrointestinal issues. The staff and setup - everything is professional from their main office and also the other facility where they handle outpatient procedures.

I have had some problems in the area that I do not want to mention (you know). I have been to a gastroenterologist in Pasadena but he was not good, so I never went back. Then age caught up with me, and I had to have a colonoscopy. My first visit to Dr. Nguyen was fantastic. The office was managed very well. I saw the sign that says patients who are very late might have to reschedule, because the doctors do not want the patients who are actually on time to wait too long. This gave me a very good first impression. I used to visit doctors' offices and wait for an hour past my appointment time, which just make "appointment" pointless. I sometimes had to call work to cancel, which is hard, as I am a teacher. Dr. Nguyen saw me in a few minutes and explained all the procedure very carefully and kindly. My colonoscopy went well. I came back to treat the problems that I did not want to mention. Dr. Nguyen was skilled and had impeccable bed-side manner. He explained every step before he even touched you, and then during the procedure he also gave you verbal warning of what he was about to do. Overall I had a very good experience. Dr. Ken manages my grandmother’s case and is fabulous. He’s patient and friendly so my grandmother feels very comfortable talking to him about her experience. Office is managed well. We were able to see the dr within a few minutes of arriving/appt.
