An extremely friendly and professional staff.

Every time I’m at Dr. Alleyne‘s office, I am treated with nothing but respect and the most professional staff around????

The Doc was on point with my diagnosis he was right in his opinion .

Dr. Alleyne and his staff are absolutely amazing. I will and have referred my friends and family to Dr. Alleyne if they need orthopedic assistance. Dr. Alleyne is patient and listens to you and addresses your needs. He’s the best!

The service is the best and good doctor

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Doctor was very thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to explain his procedure and why. Great place.

Being apprehensive about surgery I was reassured and put at ease immediately. From reception to the exam. I didn't feel rushed at all and felt that all of my concerns were heard and addressed in the most professional manor. I feel much more confident and have no doubt that my care will be in the hands of extremely qualified professionals through this process. Surgery was a success with no issues. Dr Alleyne snd staff all continued to provide the utmost professional care and compassion through the whole process. Couldn't be more please or more impressed. 3 month follow up visit post surgery. All is good. Released to return to work with no restrictions. Once again MD and all staff are professional, very supportive, pleasant and very social. The office always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. I would recommend anyone who is needing surgery to see Dr Alleyn and his staff if you want to receive excellent care. Discharged today from Dr Alleyne following my surgery in Sept 2022. Everything from beginning to end turned out just as he said it would with the exception of one thing. He and his team, as well as Integrated Therapy, who he referred me to do did such an awesome job that I have been discharged after 4 months from both MD and PT ahead of the estimated time of 6 months. I know I still have more healing to do and need to keep doing therapy at home. I have followed the advice of MD and PT and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Dr Alleyne, his office staff, the staff at Manchester hospital outpatient surgery, and all Integrated Therapy staff have provided the best advice and professional care to address my recovery from this surgery. I would highly recommend this group of professionals if you are in need of surgery! Couldn't be more impressed!

Dr. Alene is one of the most caring, compassionate, understanding doctors I have ever been seen by. He is knowledgeable, patient and the most important of Dr Ken’s skills is he listens to the patient. He listens to how you feel, what you’re feeling, not just physically but emotionally. He explains things properly to you on every level so you have a full understanding when you leave his office. You are absolutely informed on what exactly is going with your body. I recommend 10 out of 10 he is an epic doctor. His staff are just as amazing, they are attentive and knowledgeable, helpful with insurance problems or knowledge about insurance. They are compassionate, skilled in their occupation, understanding and they are there for you when you need them.

Dr. Alleyne takes the time to explain options and is very personable. He doesn't automatically recommend surgery as a first option. I highly recommend his services .

Dr Alleyne is the best Orthopedist in this area. Extremely knowledgeable. Takes time and listens with patients. Outstanding care for my complicated case.

Dr. Alleyne is kind and compassionate. He always takes the time to explain, and he takes the time to listen. The staff is amazing. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing Orthopedic care.

If I could give this office zero I would have. Kenneth Alleyne MD is terrible. Wait time is inexcusable. He does not take his time to ask question and he just sent me to PT, which did not help. I asked for PRP and he stated that it would not help. FALSE! I went to different Dr and they did PRP and I'm feeling better. Always awesome. Listens. Explains. Knowledgeable. He fixed my torn tendon 110% like it never happened. So thankful i found him!!

If I could give this office zero I would have. They failed to collect my records from ECHN physical therapy and from ECHN imaging center. Over the phone they told me they are part of ECHN and they should have access to x-rays and PT records. When I went for my appointment they didn’t have my records. I went to ECHN medical records and asked them to send and fax my records to this office which they did. They were supposed to send these records to the insurance as clinical evidence to support the need for MRI. They failed to do so and now the insurance declined coverage for the MRI. Unfortunately had the most unpleasant experience with Dr.Alleyne's office. Needed quick consultation regarding my left knee torn meniscus and help to schedule a surgery. August 3rd on my first appointment to see and speak with doctor for about 5 minutes, i ended up waiting for 1,5-2 hours. After that i was scheduled for the surgery on August 25th and was promised to be called regarding all details about time and transportation later. Never had been contacted back. Dr. Alleyne, is a very caring, capable Dr. I had him repair both of my knees with incredible success. The only complaint I have of him, is that I hadn't heard of him sooner. His office staff is also very helpful, professional, but also friendly. I do however wish he would get a coffee pot in his S. Windsor office. As I am an older patient, I am not easily impressed. This gentleman is the real deal.

Pompous He is the worst doctor I have ever been to. He let my bones heal misaligned and didn't care. He must have known I would suffer excruciating pain disability and deformity the rest of my life because of his failure to treat me correctly. I have since met 3 other patients that suffered the same fate at his hands.

Very disgusted with the overall experience. They asked me to get an MRI which I got done in a week. Had to wait 3 weeks for a follow-up. Saw the doctor for 2 minutes to read my MRI. Told me I had a bulging disc which was causing me severe pain and many totally sleepless nights. Dr. Alleyne said to schedule an appointment at the front desk to see his surgical partner. This was on June 6. The next appointment they could give me was July 25. ( About 7 weeks to wait, in constant pain, and totally exhausted from getting no sleep. ) Had to call a different office in Windsor and got an appointment in 2 days. The new doctor explained the situation and sent me to Pain Management in Hartford. No one should make you wait 7 weeks when you are in this much pain. Very disgusted with the overall experience. Dr Alleyne is an affable, caring doctor during the times I have seen him but I am extremely disappointed w/the staff that schedule his appointments. Sometimes takes 4-6x of calling to even get an appt. I was cancelled on for 1 appt, rescheduled, was called 2 days before appt, was asked to move it a SECOND time, said I couldn't, was told I'd get call back, then got vm, email & text confirming the original appt, I showed up and Dr wasn't in. No accountability by staff scheduling app
