the secretary is rude and treats who arrives badly. they took 6 hours to answer and when they answered they clearly created several unnecessary things to increase the bill at check out time. terrible experience, it is poorly treated and they still charge above what they should

I have only had limited contact with Dr. Anderson since he is my new PCP in PB. I was very impressed with his thorough examination in spite of an ongoing pandemic. I felt safe and I was treated in a manner that affords this location and Dr. Anderson an honest five stars.

I have been using Dr Anderson as our family doctor for over 15 years. He really knows what he is doing and cares a lot. One time my son cut his lower leg badly and we called the clinic. Dr Anderson way ready to leave for the day but instead he stayed and sewed up my sons leg. Nice.

Worst doctor I have ever experienced. Terrible bedside manner. Even the nurse does not like this "doctor". Overcharges by an extreme amount. Just check the Google reviews. This so-called Doctor sees you for five minutes, labels it an "urgent care" appointment and charges you $270. All the while not taking any of your questions or concerns seriously. Just read the Google reviews and you'll be relieved not to have visited this "doctor".

DO NOT GO HERE. You can email me for details. Saw the doctor for maybe FIVE minutes. Was charged $270. Yes. $270. Five minutes. $270 to be written a script and told "apply ice". By the way, this was never disclosed. The pricing disclosed is actually $55 for the visit. Extremely deceptive. Ken Anderson is the doctor I saw. He did not seem to want to see me. I tried asking several questions during the visit which only annoyed the doctor. You could see the nurse was too well acquainted with this doctor's bedside manner. I am new to the area and the receptionist was talking so fast and making it clear thst they really weren’t very interested in taking in new patience that I finally just told her I would call another Physician. I assume the doctors read these reviews, but she sounded like a lady about 50, spoke very abruptly and was by her accent possibly South American . I’m Sure the Doctors have received complaints about her before, the point is she was definitely not interested in my business so I went ahead and called another physician. I can't begin to say how nice it has been since 2016 when I needed insurance but didn't have it through Obama Care. Dr Anderson would see me at his clinic for what I believed to a great value and service. He's a great doctor who cares about his patients.

wonderful doctor - best in world i just cant say enough however wait time is long. he is so clever and empathetic, i just can go on for hours about how bright he was. what can i say I am so lucky he would even see me because he is so wonderful and busy is he ever, however wait time is long but he is worth it so worth it I would wait forever to see someone like this.

my opinion is that he is a horrible doctor with no caring or empathy at all. failed to acknowledge that the mistake if there was any was by the provider not the patient.

The staff and the doctor were all lovely, the facilities were clean and comfortable, and one day I will find out where the parking is but this time I didn't risk it so I just Lyfted haha. All in all a great experience here!

Dr. Kenneth Anderson is an amazing Doctor. He is compassionate and understanding. He takes his time with you and has directed me to a wonderful specialist. I feel like I’m in good hands with Dr. Anderson.

Husband and I patients for about 10 years. Husband passed away 3 years ago and I remain loyal to my great doctor. Just watching his interaction with husband said a lot about his commitment. This is a real, down to earth, smart and caring man who, thankfully, happens to be my physician.

Extremely knowledgeable, personable, honest. Just an all around great doctor.

I have given this office numerous attempts at providing treatment and service. I foolishly named Dr. Anderson as my primary physician and am changing today. Never was abl to meet him personally and working with the front office staff was truly unhelpful and unpleasant.

I have always had good care and a caring bed side manner when I see Dr Anderson. He is thorough and knowledgable. I recommend him highly.

Stay away, they care more about getting you in for an office visit so they can bill your insurance company than they do about your actual health. I'm a type 1 diabetic, and will always need insulin. After my last visit however, they ONLY prescribed 2 refills for both of my insulin prescriptions. When I went to refill, the pharmacy faxed the doctor to authorize more refills. After 3 days of back and forth between the pharmacy and the doctor, they only authorized a refill for the insulin needle tips. After I wasted half a day calling the doctors office, then made my way to the pharmacy, the pharmacist said the doctor refused to refill the prescription until I went in FOR ANOTHER office visit (less than 3 months from the first). I have a special needs young adult son and this is the best family medicine doctor I have ever met, and believe me, in my lifetime I have seen more than fifty in the SD area. He is experienced, always accurate in diagnosing a problem, has excellent bedside manners, is a good listener, compassionate and very caring. You can expect only the best from this doctor and his staff is very sweet and attentive. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of 'Dr A' for many years. He has now opened his own office, which is state of the art. The staff is more than helpful and the wait time is minimal. Dr. A still gives wonderful care, always taking time to address all my concerns and always with a very calm demeanor. I have recommended him to my friends.

Dr. Anderson has been treating me for nearly a year. Throughout our time together, he has demonstrated consistent compassion, unprecedented accessibility, and outstanding medical advise. His new practice, Anderson Medical Center, is immaculate and ascetically calming - a rarity in San Diego Urgent Cares. His staff maintain the highest level of professionalism, and do whatever they can to make the patients feel secure. I highly recommend his practice to anyone in search of a primary care physician for regular care, or to those searching for a Urgent Care to deal with acute problems.

Dr Anderson is a thorough, conservative doctor who considers a holistic approach to his patients. I have had excellent results with a sports injury and general health needs with his new office on Garnet Street.

Dr. K.A is professional in every aspect. His support staff works well together with the upmost proficiency - I belong to the Mercy Physicians Medical Group, after trying five different doctors through this group, I finally found a doctor that takes pride in my wellbeing in health and is more interested in improvement then just prescribing a prescription to get you out the door.
