The office sent the bill to the wrong address resulting in sending it to a debt collection service and an extra fee. They did not offer a solution to waive the collection fee even though it was their fault. The office visit was ok.

Dr.Artem Sergeyenko did a very poor job.He is not professional .He removed a small pimple on my arm as he said and month later it became larger.I went to another doctor who after the tests said that this pimple cold not be touch.And be careful when you go there.They billed me even though my insurance paid them in full.

Office was clean. Wait time was really kept to a minimum. Very pleased with the entire experience.

The MOHS procedure went well; one and done !

The surgery that Dr. Bielinki performed to remove a small basal cell carcinoma went smoothly. Dr. Bielinski thoroughly explained the procedure and answered all of my questions.

I called the office and spoke with Samantha. She was extremely rude. This was the third time I called and the staff was not helpful. I had to go to another facility for assistance.

I didn’t like my first visit. I got a full body exam and I was uncomfortable to have a male doctor and male nurse in the exam room. That was a weird experience. During my exam the doctor asked me to turn over on my stomach. Weirdest exam ever!!! The antibiotics he prescribed has HORRIBLE reviews. I will not be coming back to this office. Great experience & a beautiful facility.

Dr. Bielinski has been treating me since I was a baby and still go to him 30 years later. He’s always been great!! Thanks for all of your help!

Dr. Bielinski used to be an excellent doctor and surgeon. My family and extended family have been going to Dr. Bielenksi for many years. However, the way that he runs his new office in Orland Park compared to his old office in Frankfort is terrible! Dr. Bielinski has clearly forgotten to apply the medical oath that he took when he became a doctor to his new practice in Orland Park. The new office in Orland Park is beautiful but lacks care and concern for patients. The scheduling system needs to be completely revised. Patients should NOT have to consistently wait 1-2 hours in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment with the doctor or nurse. The billing procedures are terrible and inconsistent. We have health insurance and have NEVER been deficient on paying our medical bills. Patients should not be forced to provide a credit card. This isn't Macy's department store! When calling to make appointments and scheduling surgery, the office staff are very cold. The waiting room is cold and uninviting. He has a TV that constantly plays a wide array of plastic surgical procedure commercials to push cosmetic and non-medical procedures that are most likely not covered by insurance which further underscores the fact that his new office cares more about money than his patients.Terrible! Fancy buildings and offices do not make a doctor's office great. It's the doctors and staff and ability to care and understand patients that make a doctor's office exceptional. Shame on you Dr. Bielinski for letting your practice become more about a money making machine than caring about patients health and well being! I was referred to Dr.Bielinski,by Dr V.Mather. I had been seeing a doctor for over 9 months and he could not solve my problem. I had a horrible break out on my belly,well over 50 bites or stings they caused intense pain. I was told that it was a blood infection.I was given antibiotics,which they were making me sick.Needless to say on the first visit Dr Bielinski had done a biopsy he sent me home with a prescription. After two more visits the break out was gone along with the pain. Dr.B took care of a spot of skin cancer for me via a Mohs procedure. He was very thorough, kind and answered all of my questions. So far, great follow up via appointments be sure healing well and no problems present.
