Doctor Miller is weird! I was a patient of this practice starting in 1983. I called his office and was turned away bcs I don't have PPO insurance. Doctor Miller refuses to consult. Won't accept cash, Credit Card or check. Too much trouble I was told ....
Dr. Kenneth has a great sense of humor, and he exactly knows how every procedure is effective or painful. The nurses are so kind and scheduling is very comfortable.
Horrible customer service, Trina refused to look up an appointment unless I had a referral. She kept interrupting me when I tried to explain I have a PPO plan, the insurance referred me and I don't need a referral. Lots of bad reviews on Yelp, I think I dodged a bullet her.
Worse Doctor in the Bay Area. Rude to my 93 year old Mother. Completely out of line with his comments and actions. We will NEVER go back!

I had some difficult problems with actinic keratosis (AK), compounded by adult acne. After seeing multiple dermatologists over several years, Dr. Miller was the only one to solve my problem.
