His checkout lady is the worst person that I have ever met. Zero customer service skills, terrible attitude

I don't know why all the hate for Dr. Mink. Sure he is brief and quiet but he has great experience and knows what he's doing. He's also very kind. He removed a mole for me years ago and it was the smoothest procedure I've had in my life. If you ask him questions he will answer them. Easy to make an appointment and don't have to wait for months to get in. If you are someone with one zit who goes in thinking you have an acne problem, maybe this isn't the doc for you. If you want to be looked at for moles, cancers, serious skin conditions, etc, he is extremely knowledgeable and I trust his discretion. I don't know why all the hate for Dr. Mink. Was sent multiple messages that my appointment was on April 1. Confirmed each one of them. Showed up and was told it was April 21st. Was met by the rudest receptionist. Gave her my name to sign in and her response was "not today". I showed her the messages and she blamed it on the referral coordinator. I'm be embarrassed for the doctor unless he is similar. I have been a patient of doctor Mink’s for quite some time and have had only positive experiences. He is soft spoken and somewhat quiet, but has always explained my issues with me in depth and professionally. I find him always to be kind and caring and allows a good amount of time to spend with each of his patients.

I didn't know I had a 50 dollar co pay balance. I was left a nasty letter and it sent to collections after I been a patient for years. I think it's time for him to retire-clearly he has lost his marbles. I think I could have done a better job diagnosing my own children with my RN degree.

Dr Mink found my facial skin cancer that the plastic surgeon misdiagnosed. I am eternally grateful.

Saw me for less than 2 minutes. In that time he did not bother to listen to me whatsoever. Told me one mole had irregular border and coloring but wasn’t bothering with biopsy. Complete waste of my time.

This Dr saw me for less than two minutes and would not bother to acknowledge my concerns. He then informed me that one of my moles had an irregular border and discoloration but was t bothering to do anything.

The doctor seemed to just barely look at the areas I wanted him to especially the private ones. A big waste of time and money in my opinion. I have to find a new dermatologist that actually cares to do their job.

Had a horrible experience without going into details. He sends me a bill for $150.00 for something I could have over the counter a lot cheaper. Then proceeds to send me to debt collector. I don't like dealing with debt collectors. And kindof personalyl did not pay on purpose. So, I finally decided to pay them later. They sent the payment back to me two weeks later asking me to pay debit collector! Will not ever recommend this doctor! Had a horrible experience without going into details. This dermatologist left me with two permanent black scars. He never told me this would or could happen. He never told me he was going to take two biopsies from me either, but just went ahead and did this when I was laying on the table getting my back and legs looked at. His office manager is a real delight to deal with. From the moment she opened her mouth it was anger and rudeness. Absolutely a low level place with true small town, big ego people working there. I love Dr. Mink! I think he is thorough and excellent.

My first appointment was today. His staff was very friendly. My appointment time was 10:30 and I was out by 10:45. The Dr. took his time and asked lots of questions and gave lots of answers. Would definitely recommend this practice! Thank you

There staff especially there office manager is a total witch I drove 1hr 20 min to be told they don't except my insurance which they had a referral they are a joke

Everytime i go there his staff is friendly and helpful. Never had to wait too long for the appt and Dr. Mink is quick, thorough, and professional. Will be scheduling my next appointmwnt soon.

I find these reviews to be ridiculous! I started going to Dr. Mink 17 years ago. My most recent visit was today. From entry to exit the staff and doctor were pleasant, courteous and professional. My appointment was at 11 and I went into the exam room at 11. The doctor entered within two or three minutes. I had a biopsy done painlessly, litterally and figuratively. I will continue to visit him as long as he practices.

Very dismissive and uninterested. I'm not even sure if he had looked at my extensive records I brought with me from my previous dermatologist, Dr. Bryson. Spent minimal time on annual full body check, which was my reason for the appt. Asked about my use of sunscreen and was out the door. Retrieved my records and will not return or recommend.

Did not see a person smile in his office the whole time I was there. I was ready to check the Dr. for a pulse to see if he was still alive while speaking with him. Was a complete waste of money.

His office staff is terrible to deal with - scheduling is much more of a hassle here than anywhere else I've ever experienced. Rescheduling is an absolute nightmare, like the office staff is personally insulted by it. Then there's Mink himself... He doesn't seem like he's fully engaged and he's not very insightful, as far as answering my questions. Any advice I received I had to drag out of him - often asking twice.

One review said mink was extremely zen like. I would say, he acts like hes on drugs. I heard of 2 people who ended up with skin cancer because of mink's wrong decisions. It's not worth taking a chance with this Dr. He may of been good at one time.
