Dr. Kenneth Carroll Parker

How this Dr spoke to a friend of mine a few days ago is short of being criminal. He had the nerve to speak to her about her weight, made obscene gesture's, and as he was eating a brownie he posed as if he had a body . Has our world come to this where a DR can make fun of people and think its OKAY? He insulted one of the nicest person you could meet. SAD....You dont deserver the one star it forces you to give. This is the worst experience I have ever gotten trying to schedule an appointment. The receptionist was very rude. I explained to her that my ear was in pain and I needed to see an ENT physician before her November opening. It is now August. I will have to wait five months before I can see the doctor? She also said that I would need to see an audio specialist before the doctor would even see me. Does the doctor even know this behavior? She has the "We don't need your business" attitude. Dr. Parker is a awesome doctor. He is caring and always listens to me. His staff is very nice! 5 stars!

ABSOLUTELY LOVELY!!! This Dr. And his staff are amazing!! I have extremely bad panic attacks and I was able to go by myself, have a small surgical procedure done in office and did fantastic! Kudos to Dr.Parker and staff! May God Bless each & every one of you!

Very staightforward approach, which I liked. He gave me clear details of my problems.

I had my thyroid surgery 3 years ago and I was very nervous about it. Everything went well and had never any problem since. As far as Dr. parker i think he is never in rush , he always explains you the facts and he is very experienced and knowledgeable. He is very good doctor .

This is one of the doctors who has impressed me the most. I felt fully educated and able to make my own decisions. Everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Very kind and understanding staff. Dr. Parker has been amazing even with my son's surgery for his tubes.

Dr. Parker did an amaxing job on my surgery. He shows compassion for others and is very truthful to his patients. The staff on his office are also very awesome.

The doctor suck he told me and my mom I didn't need ear surgery the other doctor told me I needed a surgery plus a new ear drum so I honestly I rather give him give him zero stars I don't understand why he's a doctor period

I'm currently sitting in this doctor's office. I have been here for an hour now, just waiting. The same thing happened last appointment and I was told that they forgot about me and moved on to the next patient. They didn't remember that I was here until I stepped out of the room and asked what the hold up was. Dr. Parker is a nice enough guy, but has done nothing in roughly 10 appointments to fix my issue. He was nothing but understanding and did an excellent job with my surgery

Just started seeing him and would highly recomend he is treating my 19 month old and explains things to me and listens to my concerns .

Wonderful doctor all around. He has always treated me and my children great and has performed all of there surigucal needs as far as ent work goes. Very personable and wonderful.

I have used Dr. Parker for two of my children and never had a problem. The first time was 2009, when my 5 yr ADHD son needed his tonsils and adenoids removed. He listened to my concerns, answered all questions, and made sure to schedule on a non school day for my son and my sons was in school the very next day. In 2018, I had to take my 13 yr ADD/ODD daughter to him to have her tonsils and adenoids removed, also. Once again, he was very professional. He even agreed to not prescribe Tylenol with Codeine after her surgery because I had expressed concerns of my first child being allergic to it. Once again, he made sure to schedule it during the summer when there was no school. PS This helped my daughter receive a plaque for 3 years of Perfect Attendance in middle school. This was very important to her and he listened. I would highly recommend him. I specifically asked for him when it came to my daughter because of the previous contact with him through my son. Her dr. Was going to send her to Children's and trust me I love Children's, but for this, I knew Dr. Parker could do just as good and it would be a much shorter waiting period, along with better choice of appointments. Worst experience ever. The staff is horrible. He never keep appointments. The lady that called was so rude to the point I ended up flipped out after I told them I was not be returning and hung up like 5 minutes later the office manager called my phone back to harass me. I told her if she called again I was pressing charges. Dr Parker’s office is Trash. I recommend to no one!!

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Parker. He treated me with condescension and ridicule, and would not allow me to explain my concerns. When I told him he was making me uncomfortable and that I would like to leave, he physically blocked the door to try and prevent me from leaving the room.

I will be filing official complaints with the hospital, my insurance company, and the medical board.

Dr. Parker took care of my daughter's tonsil removal and was fantastic. He is knowledgeable and was very helpful in her post surgery care.

Horrible. Acted as if his time was being wasted by me. Best thing he did was recommend I go to an ENT in Columbus

Dr. Parker is a nice doctor. His staff is absolutely terrible, and considering you spend much of your time as a patient with the staff.... it was a terrible experience. I had T&A surgery 2 years ago with Dr. Parker and the whole experience sucked. To be honest... I have not had that bad of an experience with a doctor and his staff, ever.
