Highly recommend! I was in agony with my neck and back when I started. I felt improvement after one visit. Great atmosphere, caring knowledgeable staff, always a pleasure to be there. I had previously been using a doctor for 20 years whom I loved, but moved out of the area. I cant believe how blessed I am to have been recommended to Dr Chiappino. I have truly found someone that is helping my pain and difficulties. I have nerve and muscle issues from radiation treatment as well as injury and compensation issues. Very thorough evaluation and clear treatment plan. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing help.

Dr.Keri is very well educated and a master of her craft, I look forward to my adjustments every two weeks! The staff is friendly and warm! Great parking as well.

Dr. Keri Chiappino and her staff are phenomenal. There professionalism and dedication in helping their clients was proven to me at each visit. Highly recommend for anyone in need of an adjustment or if they are looking for alternative forms of therapy such as Neurofeedback!

I have been a patient of Dr. Chiappino’s for over 16 years now. I am in a wheelchair & was born with a very complex condition that comes with frequent complications that often leave me absolutely debilitated. In recent years, my husband and I have come to the conclusion that our home is no longer accessible to me and my needs. We had to make the decision recently as to whether or not we were going to stay in our home or move out of state and build our home from scratch. Well, recently we decided to stay and renovate our home to accommodate those needs. One of the single biggest deciding factors was in fact, staying close to Dr. Chiappino and her amazing staff. Dr. Chiappino’s treatments have been SO crucial to my wellbeing that I now come every 6 weeks to keep my complications & pain levels to a minimum. Dr. Chiappino has given me a quality of life that I truly could not have if I was not under her care. Dr. C & her staff have come to my rescue more times than I can count over these last 16 years and I am deeply grateful. At one point last summer, I was experiencing life altering complications that drastically lowered my quality of life for some time. I decided to give neurofeedback a try for 3 months and honestly for me, it was life changing in the best way imaginable. It gave me my quality of life back. I just can’t say enough about how much New Beginnings Wellness Center has impacted my life. The staff were amazing. They were able to get us an appt. With Dr Chiappino the same day for extreme back pain. She was able to diagnose and treat my husband with amazing accuracy and touch. Unbelievable experience.

Dr Chiappino cares about her patients - she listens carefully and offers the right treatment. She answers all my questions and explains things to me clearly and with patience. Additionally, her staff is supportive and works diligently to accommodate my crazy schedule.

I have been coming to her for about 10 years and I’ve also used her for Brain Core Therapy, which was very effective. I liked the adjustments that were done to me but I do not like the way they do business. I paid $175 for an initial visit. OK fine. I would come once in a while and pay $50 every time I went for a quick adjustment. All is well with that. I had a baby and was not able to come for a few months. When I called to get an appointment for a problem I have been seen for already there they told me it would be a "re-exam fee" and would cost me $95. Not OK with that. You should make that very clear to your patients. I can't afford to pay another fee. Especially not for something I already paid for. Just a terrible excuse for them to make more money. I can't begin to say how Dr. Chiappino and Dr. Reynolds has changed our lives. My husband and I both see them for our chiropractic needs but more importantly our special needs son sees them for adjustments and brain core. They have saved his life by finding all of the foods he is allergic to and have improved his overall cognitive and visual spatial skills. The Bomb Dot Com! All kidding aside I mean it. I've seen my fair share of chiropractors since the age of 12. New Life Wellness Center by far surpassed any of my expectations. Long story short I have a problem where my rib comes out of my spine time to time. The pain is excruciating - you can't stand straight, you can't take a deep breath and let's forget about walking... I emailed the office for an emergency appointment and within the same day I got a response from Dr. Chiappino. I called the office to schedule an appointment for the next day. I have been very fortunate to be going to New Life Wellness for roughly 8 years now when I first had a military spin and have never been better! I started off with going 2 to 3 times a week and shortly after once every 3 weeks. I will never forget what Keri said to me one day, "The day my wallet becomes more important than my patience's health, is the day I close my doors"! That is a true doctor! My most recent experience and why I love this place the most is a few months ago my blood pressure was VERY high and I did NOT want to take blood pressure pills at all! Keri believes in getting to the route cause of the issues and not putting a band aid on them which I love. She asked me to trust her and give her a month in looking for the correct supplements for me and a month later my blood pressure is back to NORMAL and I am extremely happy! Dr Chiappino and Dr Reynolds are true healers! Approximately 6 years ago I suffered from debilitating migraines and other neurological symptoms. After going for every possible medical test that came back normal and being prescribed medication, I had Dr Chiappino and Dr Reynolds exam me. Immediately they gave me multiple recommendations including food allergy testing and my recovery began right then! I am migraine free since with no medications! Their treatment is PRICELESS! Dr. Chiappino and Dr. Reynolds have treated myself and my husband for over 14 years and our daughter since she was born.
