Always a great experience whenever I have to go to Dr. Jackson’s office for dental work for me and my daughter. The staff and Dr. Jackson are very friendly and give you the very best care possible. He fixed my once crooked smile to a straight smile.

The service here was excellent!! They were able to accommodate even though I came early. The atmosphere was welcoming and the doctor was knowledgeable and practical with his advice. I can't forget to mention, the cleaning was painless. I would definitely recommend a visit.

I have been a patient of Dr Jackson for a few years now. From the time you walk into his office, the atmosphere is friendly & professional. All questions are answered. Dr Jackson is very knowledgeable & capable in his field. Mrs Boyd is first person you meet. She is always smiling & if you have any fear coming in, that fears quickly leaves. Joanne very knowledgeable & keeps things in order. She makes the patients laugh too. I am very thankful to have Dr Jackson & his staff taking care of me. I hope & pray that they will continue to service patients for many years to come. I certainly would recommend this dentist & staff to anyone.

Ill never recommend mr Jackson ,period! the experience i has was soooo bad he made a dentures different color from your own teeth he has a staff by the name of joanne she is good. but overall ill never recommend him he seems to be nice at first but when you get to know him you will regret his services. he seems not to understand the job he assigned, imagine he had a staff there who had to pointed out the different color of the tooth .i had to be going to his office on many occasions to get it fixed and still he couldn't fixed it i had to stop going there .his work is very poor ,

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jackson for twenty plus years. He is easy going, attentive to his patients needs & his work is excellent. The staff is pleasant & the location is accessible via public transportation.

Love having my dental care done by this office. They make you feel like family. My family has been going there for years. From the phone call to when you arrive, you're always made to feel welcome by Joanne. The office and exam rooms are always clean and has beautiful plants in them. Once in the chair, the assistants are warm and pleasant. You can "see" their smiles behind the mask. Once Dr Jackson enters the room, he always ask how are you with a caring tone. The vibe is stellar as the office has easy listening music that plays great song choices. I'm going to recommend them in the FB group I'm in - Blaque Resource Network - BRN. Moreover, even if your teeth are in really bad condition, they don't make you feel bad about it. Thats a HUGE PLUS!

Dr. Jackson as been my dentist for the last 26 years. I remember when my mom took me to the office for the first time at age 12. From the moment you enter the doors to the office, you receive a warm welcome for the staff. Mrs. Joanne and Mrs. Boyd are the must caring and compassionate ladies. 26 years later and it’s the same experience. My children are always happy to go for their check up. Dr. Jackson has gone above and beyond to make sure that my complete health and wellness have been made first priority. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson.

I just have to say that they are the best around hands down. Dr. Keven Jackson is a true professional and alleviates any anxiety I had about going to see a dentist. From the staff to the care, knowledge and friendliness, I wouldn't trade them for anyone else. I even got Invisalign through them. I won't go to another dentist.

My visits to Dr. Jackson's Dental Office were very satisfying. I am so happy with my new teeth and smile. The entire staff is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. COVID-19 precautions were done prior to each of my visits. The office is neat, clean and sanitized. The office is near transportation.

This review is for a family member who starts crying every time this quacks name is mentioned. Over the years his work caused major damage and very expensive repairs. He was a trusted family dentist who turns out to be a Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde type character. I've seen the damage. Do not walk, RUN away from this quack dentist!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while so I was really nervous and worried about what I would find. Dr. Jackson made me feel at ease and walked me through the process. All of my fears melted away. He wasn’t one of those doctors that want drill or put you through unnecessary surgeries, I really appreciated that. He also talked about preventative measures that I had never heard of. There is nothing but perfection that I can say about Dr. Jackson and the staff of this office. My elderly father had horrible experiences with dentists prior. He had all of his teeth removed and then needed a full set of dentures - uppers and lowers. Dr. Jackson was meticulous with all of his work. Made sure that my father was always comfortable, informed, and that the color of the dentures was to my father's satisfaction. Dr. Jackson was so attentive that my father thought that there were too many appointments for fittings at times. Go figure! The staff of the office is amazing at accommodating schedules of senior citizens who have issues with transportation and dealing with large medical devices and just understanding those challenges. Dr. Jackson is just really patient, caring, and overall a very invested dentists. You do not see this often and I commend him and thank him for all he has done for my father. Well done, Dr. Jackson.
