Dr. Kevin Haddle and his staff are amazing! I have been avoiding the removal of my wisdom teeth for 20 years and finally couldn't wait anymore. With pure fear and anxiety I contacted Dr. Haddle and I am so glad I did. From the first conversation with Debbie, who booked my consultation, I already knew I was in good hands. She was able to help me schedule a fast consultation and the extraction removal the following week. During my consultation, Dr. Haddle thoroughly explained the procedure along with extensively explaining the healing and recovery process. Although some of the explanation was scary it was completely on point and greatly appreciated. I did not feel like there were any unknown or surprises along the way. Do not walk away from this place-run from them. Lassette the office manager doesn't know the meaning of customer service and has no business working in the medical field. Dr Haddle has the personality of a robot. My over 18 daughter had an appointment to get her wisdom teeth removed. The day of the surgery her and my wife showed up on time only to find the office closed and no one there. They Called the answering service who was not aware the office was closed. No sign at door just closed. Later found out office was closed due to a COVID situation within there office. Staff made little to no effort to alert people there appointments were canceled and Lasette the office manager took exception to being called out regarding this. She responded by sending my daughter a certified letter 3 days before the rescheduled surgery alerting her that Dr Haddle was no longer be willing to perform the surgery and we would have to go elsewhere- the same Dr Haddle who said my daughter had 6 impacted teeth and that if they didn't come out soon there was risk of infection! What a doctor! Letter arrived 10am on Saturday while the office was closed so we could not contact them. My daughter did go elsewhere but with COVID and scheduling it took almost 2 months to get in somewhere. Horrible people there are many better choices in the Tri City Area. Other reviews show a pattern of rudeness and unprofessional behavior by there office staff. Do not walk away from this place-run from them. I got my wisdom teeth removed at this office and I had a very great experience. I was very nervous and all the staff was very kind and helped calm me down. Dr.Haddle was also very patient and kind and reassured me that everything was going to be fine.

In 2019 I had my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Haddle. He went over the whole procedure very thoroughly and answered every question I had. He is a fantastic surgeon and the whole staff made my time there a breeze. Everyone is so kind and helps through any anxiety that you may have. I also had some cosmetic procedures with Dr. Haddle and wouldn't go to anyone else! he is very precise and makes sure you leave with a natural and effortless look. Do not walk away from this place-run from them. Horrible customer service . Many better choices in the Fox Valley Area who actually are about the health of there patients .

As a former Patient, I had the reasonable expectation of proper care for my sister. Unfortunately, Dr. Haddle and his staff “Fired” her as a patient by certified letter on the Saturday morning prior to her Wednesday appointment. This action came as a result of my mother expressing her displeasure to the staff, after their office was closed due to Covid-19 without notification on the day of the first surgery appointment. My sister was rescheduled to the second appointment later that week. She was understandably upset, as Dr. Haddle informed her that all six of her wisdom teeth were impacted, and near the point of infection. Maybe I’m old fashioned, but in my world Doctors are supposed to help people - not “Fire” them, because their office staff, namely Lasette, doesn’t have the backbone to handle criticism about POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don’t worry Doc, my sister found someone to properly treat her.

I had all my wisdom teeth removed at once and the pain medication they prescribed me was tramadol 50mg. The night after I was in a lot of pain. Others who have gotten this procedure done know they must have hated my guts.

I had to get 1 wisdom tooth removed and I'm giving 2 stars to be fair since it is healing properly thus far. However I felt the office was Ill prepared to conduct a surgical procedure on a patient with blood thinners. Anytime I have ever had an invasive procedure I have stopped my blood thinners temporarily but I was advised by dr haddle to continue them. I understand you can't predict how the body will handle a surgery and that risks are involved. But the experience to control the bleeding is where things fall through. I was sent home immediately after the procedure. (im not sure why they did not observe how my body would handle bleeding) A half hour after getting home the bleeding picked up. As most people would the agree the sight of their own blood frightens them, especially when you're drooling large clots of blood like a walking dead zombie for 18 hours straight. Living an hour a way from the office I went to the ER to see if I could get control of the bleeding bc I was not comfortable bleeding profusely for an hour like I was in a car. The bleeding was not normal for post extraction.(this failed and i was sent to the office) I was scolded for going to the ER by my surgeon, which was strange. Only to end up back in another ER on my drive home. (this time advised by dr haddle) because the office failed to stop the bleeding despite gloating his ego about how easy it was to stop it. After 18 hours, 2 blood ruined shirts, a ruined pair of pants, a few blood soaked rags, and about 60 or more soaked guaze I got control of it by reversing my blood thinners at the hospital. Ultimately my poor review is not about the quality of work performed, from what I can tell he does a great job, it's the preparation for the surgery and how complications that followed were handled that negatively impact this. There should have been communication between the surgeon and my primary doctor prior to the procedure. The blood thinners should have been handled the same as they have in the past for surgical procedures because you shouldn't change what works. And a simple post procedural observation even for 30 mins, could possibly have revealed bleeding issues thus alluding hours of complications. Regardless he's not a bad doctor, it was just a bad experience. And I'm basing how this could of been better handled off my numberous past procedures. VERY shady billing practices! Beware. They ask for payment up front when you have TWO insurances that will pay. Then they take forever to refund the money they took from you!! Absolutely unprofessional and shady. Avoid this place.

Lasette from Dr. Haddle’s office is the rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered in healthcare. Doesn’t listen and makes things up. Is not helpful at all.

Unprofessional staff. Took over a week to schedule a consultation. The day before my appointment I touched base to ensure I had everything I needed for the injection procedure to be told that my appointment slot had been given away to someone else.

I was TERRIFIED of having to get my wisdom teeth removed. I ran out of time on stalling and had to get one urgently removed. My dentist was able to get me in to see Dr. Haddle right away and I could not be happier! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a serene waiting room and tranquil music that helped calm my frayed nerves. Dr. Haddle sat and explained everything to me, and did so in a calm and patient manner. He answered any questions I had, and eased my anxiety. One of the doctor’s assistants, Lisa, is the best there is. She knew I was an absolute nervous wreck and stayed with me and reassured me the entire time. It was a painless procedure over with in less than 30 seconds. I will need to get my other wisdom tooth removed within the next year, and I know I will be right back at Dr. Haddle’s office. I went in for an infected impacted wisdom tooth and another tooth right next to it that had to be removed. The office was able to schedule me for a consultation and surgery right away during the same week. I met with Dr. Haddle and he did an awesome job. The procedure took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I went home and expected to be in a lot of pain for the recovery, but to my surprise I didn't have much pain at all or any other issues. Before even seeing anybody, I was required to spend over $1000 out of pocket for a consultation and MRI for wisdom tooth extraction that my insurance did not want to cover, and was explicitly told I would have to pay for another consultation with MRI if I did not have the extraction within 12 months. During the consultation Dr. Haddle looked like he was about to nod off in the middle of the consultation, and acted confused and annoyed when I asked questions (not confused about the answers, just confused that I would ask questions). I was told the office would coordinate with the insurance company to determine what parts of the extraction procedure would be covered and they would then contact me. After several months of not hearing anything I tried calling the office a couple times, with no answer. When I finally did get someone, I was told they were still coordinating with the insurance company, and they would call to schedule when things were worked out. Fine, except they never called

Dr. Haddle did an excellent job with my tooth extractions. Scheduling was a breeze and the pain and recovery was much better then expected. I highly recommend and him and his staff. A+++

Going to the dentist is no picnic no matter what but this was horrible. First of all how can they not know if they are or aren't in network with my insurance? That makes no sense. I guess that should have been a sign to stay away. Staff seemed unorganized and not enough knowledge. Train your staff! Doctor gave little to no eye contact and seemed completely uninterested, was like a robot when he spoke to us. Everything seemed rushed and my daughter said she felt uncomfortable and like nobody there really cared to be there. Not a good feeling when you are a kid about to have your first surgery. On top of it all from the time my daughter was taken back for surgery and up until they took me back where she was in bed but awake was maybe 40 minutes yet they charged our insurance for a whole hour of anesthesia. I didn't make a big fuss since my insurance did pay or at least I was told they will, but isn't that fraud? Watch how this place bills you because you may be getting over charged. My mother is 93 years old and we have been to Dr Haddele's office before and have always come away satisfied. I use the word satisfied because who likes to get their teeth pulled? Dr Haddele and his staff are very helpful, we were given all the information that we needed to care for her post extraction. They were also helpful getting my mother down the elevator while I was getting the car. I would highly recommend Dr. Haddele to anyone who needs work done. Just remember getting teeth pulled has never been an enjoyable thing to do but Dr. Haddele takes the bite out (that is my joke). So again 5 Stars! From being greeted by your receptionist, to your dental assistants, and down to your immaculate service yourself, Dr. Haddle, I would recommend you to anyone I know. My daughter needed an in-network oral surgeon. We drove 1.5 hours for Dr. Haddle. We couldn't be more pleased over 2 months later. My daughter had relatively little discomfort with her 4 impacted wisdom teeth and the healing was flawless. The billing end went extremely well and the estimate was only $40 different. That is hard to do! The office staff was very understanding of our travel, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Haddle is a very quiet soft spoken man, but very knowledgeable and patient with answering our questions. Reading the other reviews, I think his pleasant, quiet and shy nature could be mistaken for arrogance or being distant. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a family or friend to him. I thought Dr Haddle was very knowledgeable. His front desk staff was rude and appear to be inexperienced. Music was very loud in waiting room. When asked to turn dowl turned it down a small amount but not to a decent level.

The procedure was completed fine but they made us paid in advance for the full amount while our insurance processed the claim. Then once they got the payment from the insurance company getting a credit back to our card was near impossible!

I had a really bad accident and the 1st doctor that saw me did a horrific job with stitching my face. Dr. Haddle got me into his office the day after I called and re-did the stitching and provided me with all the information I needed to care for the wound properly (unlike the previous doctor). His staff was just as kind and helpful as he was and I strongly recommend this office. The care is above and beyond and I am so grateful that I found them! I have been seeing Dr Haddle for several years for his skin care. I have to say my skin has never looked or felt better. I get compliments on my skin constantly. He is such a wonderful doctor and will make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. He truly cares! After working in the medical field for several years, I can honestly say Dr. Haddle and his office staff rank amongst the most professional and knowledgeable offices I have ever encountered. I received fractoral firming through Dr. Haddle in addition to other skin care needs. His skin care line is the best I have ever used!! I am extremely happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone I know. Dr. Haddle is highly knowledgeable, and did an excellent job of educating me on my skin and explaining the specifics of the procedure. In addition, Dr. Haddle shows a great deal of compassion for his patients that you rarely see these days. The staff was attentive to all of my needs and answered any questions or concerns promptly. I went to see Dr. Haddle for a facial consultation. I was very nervous and skeptical. His patience and calming bedside manner put me at ease right away. His knowledge and expertise were obvious. He has provided me natural long lasting results that have increased my confidence. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Haddle!!!

Let me start off by saying my first visit to Dr. Haddle’s office was quite a few years back. Not only did I live in the intense hot Arizona sun as a young girl, but I also used to be a tanning bed junkie. This resulted in damaged the skin on my face before I turned 30. I needed help reversing this damage and ridding my frown lines and wrinkles from all the scowling! After paying a visit to 3 other doctors’ offices before I found Dr. Haddle, I was about to cry and give up. I tried laser and chemical peels, I tried Botox and none of these methods worked. They may work for others...not me however. Upon my first consultation, I was made aware of the fact that repairing my skin can be a lengthy process and I need to be diligent about following directions for the creams prescribed to me. I don't want to disclose the specific products because I'm sure every case is different. The skin care products Dr. Haddle uses are amazing! As far as making that ugly frown wrinkle disappear.well I found out there were other options besides Botox...WOW a person willing to find a solution instead of brushing me off...GREAT. And yes it worked...and became less visible with time as well as each visit! Now in the Oral Surgery department, my dentist referred Dr. Haddle for a very close family member of mine. The procedure she needed work on was a bit nerve racking and extreme, so I was put at ease having known this Dr. Haddle already. He has a very good reputation with other dental techs that praise him for his work as well as others that have had the opportunity to work with him! Dr. Haddle is one of the most talented and compassionate surgeons I've ever met. I have completely trusted his advice and it has definitely paid off. He is truly an artist. From beginning to end, he thoroughly explains the procedures he recommends, so you don't have any fears or surprises. I had a full facelift in January and then a co2 laser resurfacing in May.
