Dr. Kevin M Kavanaugh

Dr Kavanaugh has been my cardiologist for 18 years and has been top notch, kind, professional, thorough. When he moved from Spokane to Coeurd’ Alene, I continued to see him at his new location because I was so pleased with him.

Dr. Kavanaugh is and has been treating me for my heart disease for just about fifteen years and when I first met with Dr. Kavanaugh I was a serious candidate for heart failure. After working with me to diagnose and treat my condition, I am now on a once a year checkup. With proper treatment and the right medication I feel Dr. Kavanaugh has given me a chance to live a much longer life than I had expected. Dr. Kavanaugh is a Cardiologist that cares.

I greatly appreciate the professionalism and candor of Dr. Kavanaugh. He was NOT condescending and very kindly answered all of my questions and concerns. He was recommended to me by several medical professionals in the area and I am extremely grateful to them. My only suggestion is that Dr. Kavanaugh immediately clone himself into four other selves. There is not enough of him to go around. I hate giving him high marks because I truly do not want to share him with other patients. He's the best!

very happy with the treatment so far

I have enjoyed the experience of being Dr K2's patient from the moment I entered the surgery room on the gurney to my first visit as an outpatient to his office. He was friendly, reassuring, spent time explaining what he was about to do and then what he had done; dispensed a lot of good advice in a friendly manner. During my first follow-up visit as an outpatient he spent considerable amount of time explaining the possible outcomes that existed at this stage following the surgery. 5*!

Excellant care given. He is always very informative and thorough in his patient care. Good patient / Dr. relationship.

I came in contact with six different people during my visit. From check in to Dr. Kavanaugh, I experienced professional, friendly, and top notch medical care and attention. Thank you to all.

Has been 12-months since Dr. Kavanaugh installed 2-stents --- so this was a milestone visit. Doctor was very professional & efficient and provides real care for patients & his profession. One of the doctors that seems to always have the time for patient. And the facilities in Cda. are great & a real plus that people living in Idaho do not have to travel into downtown Spokane in the winter. Highly recommend Dr. Kavanaugh to any cardio patient.

We have both been seeing Dr. K for over 7 years now. He is a gift! So pleasant, thorough, not pushy but shares his convictions with grace. It's always an "us" conversation between him and each of us. So happy to be in his care for our heart problems!!

Dr Kavanaugh has been my cardiologist for almost 20 years. He is airways extremely professional. Once he walks through the door he is positive, cordial and knows my history. He answers questions and concerns that are easy to understand. He cares about his patients and families!

We never have to wait, he always takes time to listen to any concerns, explainso with clarity any future plans regarding prognosis etc We will conline with this physician as long as necessary.

The biggest reason I go to see Dr. Kavanaugh is I trust him. He is always familiar with my history when he steps into the office. Also he listens to what I have to say and will take appropriate action from there. I never feel like any tests ordered are unnecessary. I wish the general medical practice could follow his lead.

I have been seeing Dr Kavanaugh for over 10 years and have always felt very comfortable with his care. Any question I have ever had has been answered thoroughly so that I could understand it, something that I really appreciate.
