Dr. Peng is amazing! I went to 4 other doctors before I met with him. Immediately he answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. He performed a stapedectomy surgery to treat Otosclerosis. The surgery was so fast! Recovery went well too, and it was comforting to know I could call the office if I had any issues. (I didn't, but it was nice to have the option.) Best of all, I can hear again!!! Words cannot express how it feels to hear my children whisper, or the birds sing. Dr. Peng went out of his way to get a prothesis I wanted, answered all my questions, and met with me right before surgery to make sure I was comfortable. The entire team he led was supportive and caring. He is not only an expert surgeon, but his "bedside manner" is genuine and kind. He literally gave me back my life. Thank you Dr. Peng! *** I forgot to mention*** All of this happened during the pandemic- and the office/ surgery was so clean, professional, and safe. It was so hard reading lips in masks! Dr. Peng performed a stapedectomy to treat Otosclerosis. He answered all my questions and addressed all our concerns. The surgery itself was fast, and effective! His bedside manner is very caring. The best part: I can hear again!!! Words cannot express the gratitude my family and I feel. I have recommended him to others who have hearing loss. Thank you again Dr. Peng! Best Surgeon Ever!

Definitely knowledgeable but he lied to me. Shook my faith. Does things with no explanation.
