Amazing communication skills! Asked tons of questions and wanted more and more specific examples. Felt very heard and understood. Would HIGHLY recommend this very detailed doctor. Unfortunate that Dr. Pothoven does not see patients outside of the ER as he would be my first choice as a primary physician.

Very close minded- I gave him supporting documentation and length time for treatment he disagreed inside of a 15 minute interview with me and the Dr's who diagnosed me. Stated it was basically someone trying to make names for themselves. I do not recommend this person to anyone who has more than a cold
