I stopped looking for a good dentist once I tried Dr. Potocsky. Absolutely the best in my 62 years in the downriver area! First class staff too!

I have been a patient about 3 years. I come from a dental background of working in a few dental offices in different capacities. I am extremely satisfied with everyone. The front desk is knowledgeable, the hygienists do an excellent job and are very good with patient care, Dr. P is calm, personable and has done a couple of perfect crowns for me with no issues at all. I highly recommend this office and his staff.

Terrible business practices. I would give this Dentist a NEGATIVE rating if possible. They said they accepted our insurance when we called. I verified twice and gave them my group plan number and all. After 2 visits they said they dont accept it... Completely unethical.Why would they wait till he had the second procedure [ much more expensive ] $1200 to tell us they dont take it? Now they want us to pay out of pocket. Great dentist with a great staff! Knows and loves what he’s doing and the staff are great at their job too! Go to him! You’ll leave happy! My boyfriends treatment plan (cash pt) was 18,000 and boy did he make us feel good paying it off! Go there!

I came to this office with no front teeth from a domestic violence situation he made me feel great and the day I got my smile back I cried in the office I couldn't believe it this is a amazing office staff and all!

I met Doctor Kevin about 5years ago call told his staff I was in pain and needed a tooth pulled now his staff asked if I could be at the office by 3:30pm I said yes Dr Kevin took care of that problem on the spot????No More Pain

Dr. Potocsky pulled 4 of my teeth. He made me feel calm and the procedure was easy and painless. I healed up quickly with little to no pain. Thank you!

I love Dr Potocsky!!! I'm terrified of the dental office (even the waiting room) but, they make me feel comfortable each and every time I go to the office no matter what gets done. He pulled my wisdom teeth and kept me not just calm but, calm enough to WANT to keep going back...even if he said cavity after a cleaning.

My rating is based on dentures only. For dentures don't go to Dr. Potocsky. He did an upper plate for me and in the span of over a year he could not get them to fit. I probably saw him more than a dozen times. He talked me into a lower partial another $800 that did nothing to help. The final straw was when he wanted to cut open my entire upper gums and grind down my teeth. NO WAY!! He finally agreed to refund the price of my dentures. I went to another dentist and am very satisfied. A great fit

I heard they were giving out free whitening trays if you made an appointment for a cleaning and x rays so I did. After my cleaning he said we shouldn't do the whitening trays until I got my wisdom teeth removed because my teeth would shift which made sense. So I had him remove my wisdom teeth, and they never asked me to schedule a 6 month follow up appointment. Well I lost my insurance for a while so I wasn't seeing a dentist for a couple of years. Now that I got it back i decided to make an apt with dr petoskey in hopes that he would give me a cleaning, xrays and possibly those whitening trays, but nope. All because I didn't schedule that 6 month follow up appintment. I won't be going back.
