I never saw Mr. Seymour while receiving services. I worked with a woman who was "in training" back in 2019. I reached out to this office now in 2022 to get a copy of my records and no one will return my phone calls. And when you call during working hours, no one answers. Horrible customer service.

Don't recommend. Dozed and looked at watch during appointment. Just found out it happened with a family member as well. It's a small town and word spreads fast. As Kevin is the only game in town, I tried to be a returning patient. Never returned a call to schedule the appointment, for which I blame the bored and disinterested office wench. I'll drive the 75 miles to a town that has a better choice of professionals.
