I asked Dr. Smith for a mole check several years ago. He was standing about eight feet away and I was fully dressed, sitting in the exam chair. He actually said, "You look fine to me." I am not sure why he is still allowed to practice medicine.

When I arrived for my appointment, it was standing room only inside with several people outside. Most were elderly. As I made my way to the check in desk, I saw in the appointment book that patients were booked for every 5 minutes, leading to an extremely long wait. The receptionist confirmed this. I was there to have a keratoses frozen on my forehead. Dr. Smith froze an area an inch away from the keratoses. And tried to charge me & insurance.

Front Desk folks rude and argumentive. Had appointment on a Tuesday at 9:45. Got there at 9:30 and was told my appointment was at 9. The lady advised they would try and work me in but very condescending. When I presented the appointment card which showed 9:45 they offered no apology. Second time this happened. Want be back. They were kind and friendly. My appointment was at 1:40 and I was out by 2:10, which is great service.

The woman working there cannot be anymore rude. They cannot even take down reservations without giving you any attitude. It is really sad to be able to tell when someone hates their job. If they cannot stand their job then they should be woman enough to leave it and find something they would prefer in order to maybe, just maybe sound a little more pleasant. I had called to make an appointment and they had the nerve to pick up and then hang up. I called back and they kept me on hold for about 5 minutes. Once they picked up I kept hearing them grunt at me because I wasn't ok with the time they had chosen for me, I had politely asked if they had something in the afternoon and they had the nerve to give "punish" me by giving me an appointment a month after the actual date that had specified in the beginning. Now this appointment wasn't even for me, it was for my father. And because of this I will now be looking for a different doctor. All thanks to a couple of people that hate their job and make everyone else's lives more difficult instead of helping, which is what that job completely inquires! I have been on 4 occasions and all my experiences were excellent other than me being a scared patient something I do not hold him or his staff accountable! But my experience was very good and I will continue to refer and use him as my doctor
