I took my 90 year old mother to Dr Sindhu, he is her nephrologist. He was Amazing, put us both at ease immediately. He has a truly kindly demeanor and explains things well. I have a medical background so understand more medical-speak than your average layperson but he also made absolutely sure my Mom understood her diagnosis and treatment options, repeating and explaining as necessary. I Loved him and feel Entirely comfortable that my mother is under his able and sincerely compassionate care. Wonderful doctor And man!

Very respectful and detailed! Kind and explains things very well. Not rushed and he was very diligent in going over and sharing my lab results. Totally trust him!

Dr sindu's office staff and office manager are rude as hell and dont know how to do their jobs.I had cancelled one of my cat scans that were ordered because of covid 19 and having children and an elderly mother so the staff told me to reschedule it. I did reschedule the appointment, just to find out that they never sent over my cat scans per approval or lab work that he needed. The nurse called me back and said "let me make sure the cat scan is necessary before he sees you or if you can just come in" she then called me back and told me that he wanted it done so I would need to call the hospital to get that rescheduled so I did, just for river hospital to again tell me they didn't receive an order from them. So I called dr sindu's office to tell them that they didn't recieve it and I had an appointment on the 19th of August, so they needed to send one to the hospital before my appointment so I could get done what dr. Sindu needed. Well 2 weeks went by with absolutely no call from anywhere, at this point I was tired of calling back and forth...this is the practices job to make sure they know and you know what's going on, but they didn't...until the 7th when dr. Sindu's office manager called me who was extremely rude and nasty...talked over me, didn't give me a chance to speak, and was very very unprofessional told me that they were discharging me for non compliance, and that since the hospital wanted a video to video with the doctor to receive my order all of a sudden , that I guess it was too much for him to do and was discharging me. Do not waste your time here and find a doctor and staff who care!
