Dr. Kim Elizabeth Higgins

Dr. Higgins does not have good bedside manner. She did not tell us our dad had dementia. Outside of Carla her entire staff including the practice manager are extremely rude. I do not recommend Dr. Higgins.

Dr. Higgins has been wonderful with my Mother who will be 92 soon. And her staff is equally competent, kind and dependable.

Caring doctor that takes really good care of elderly patients, highly recommended

Excellent bedside manner and a great team!

I asked about my father’s care and his diagnosis and was not informed correctly. I believe his death could have been prevented.

Dr. Higgins has a generally unpleasant attitude. I do not care for her.

Had dischare me because i.would not into mayhill hospital ( they are under muliple law suits).

Dr. Kim Higgins is a top notch physician who truly cares for her patients and their families. She is always professional and exhibits the best bedside manners with all of her clients. She stays ahead of the industry with her continual education, medical research, and scientific studies. Another important factor to point out is that Dr. Higgins is of the utmost highest moral character and operates her medical practice with the highest professional and moral standards. She truly cares for people and treats everyone (including families, caregivers, other medical staff) with the highest level of courteousy and respect. I give Dr. Kim Higgins my highest recommendation, and I recommend her to every one of my friends and loved ones. Unable to provide medication management within her area of geriatric specialty. Insufficient communication between staff and patient; takes repeated phone calls for response from PA; doctor does not return calls even after several messages.
