This is the second injury that Dr. Caputo has treated. Each visit she made my daughter feel safe and calm by treating her with kindness and dignity. She is an extremely gentle, experienced and knowledgeable doctor. We appreciated the way she gave us treatment options and was respectful of our decisions. I highly recommend her!

My 2 year old fractured his tibia and she got us in the very morning I called for casting even though her schedule was full. She was patient with my son and did a great job at casting the leg and answering any questions I had. So thankful the ER referred us to her.

Dr. Caputo is incredible. She is the perfect combination of superior medical knowledge with compassion and also has a lovely bedside manner. I highly recommend her.

Very professional smart doctor. Our son was admitted with a fracture in his elbow. Dr Kimberly, quickly diagnosed him, put his arm in cast and scheduled a follow up visit. She answered all our questions and concerned. The whole visit took about 30 minutes. We were very satisfied.

Dr. Caputo was fantastic. She explained everything well, was able to get us in sooner then we had anticipated. She did surgery on my nine year olds finger and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We are so thankful to have such a wonderful doctor we trust so much.

Wonderful physician

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Caputo as a referral from my sons pediatrician for his elbow. We waited two weeks to get in and unfortunately the first available apt was in the morning during school hours. We arrived early to complete paperwork 8:45 for a 9am apt. We were first sent upstairs to another lobby area - and were rather quickly brought to a room. We then waited for over an hour past our scheduled appointment time. I understand people get behind, but (1) my son was going in late to school for this appointment and ended up missing additional classes, and (2) the doctor never acknowledged it. “Im sorry for the wait” would have gone a long way. We were able to see the doctor the same day we called for an appointment for my sons broken arm. The staff was friendly and the doctor very gentle and thorough with our 6 year old. We did have to wait a while, but not surprising considering how busy they are and we felt lucky to get in the same day. Thank you Dr. Caputo!

My son had a fall on his back and is currently under treatment by Dr Caputo. She is awesome, kind and caring and knows how to treat a special needs kiddo who is completely nonverbal. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Caputo. She squeezed us in the day we called and was wonderful with our son. She answered all questions and provided detailed information about our son’s injury. Cannot recommend her enough!!!!

This is my 4th visit to this office. We brought my two children to Dr. Caputo and received excellent care. This is my second time I have come to Dr. Caputo’s office for my injuries. Each time everyone has been very helpful addressing my concerns. I will continue to utilize this practice for future needs if necessary.

As a family, we’ve seen Dr Caputo numerous time over the last few years for various injuries. With a bone condition that runs through our family, we’re no stranger to breaks, major and minor. We’ve been to a few different practices, but settled on Ventura Orthopedic when we moved out to the Conejo Valley . Dr Caputo is super caring and gentle with the little ones. She takes time to explain everything and goes above and beyond for the well being of the kids. We wholeheartedly recommend her if you ever need a great ortho.

M daughter injured her hand and the office was able to get us in the same day which is pretty much unheard of these days. Dr. Caputo was so kind and made my daughter and I feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Caputo and her entire staff are beyond amazing! My son broke his wrist and they were incredibly quick to get us in to see the Dr and everyone was so incredibly kind.

Dr. Caputo is an awesome physician, one who genuinely cares and is supportive! She takes the time to listen and lay out all options and recommendations. At times the wait can be a little long but it is understandable as Dr. Caputo puts on casts and administers steroid shots herself, it truly is worth it for such great care. Dr. Caputo's office has no respect for it's patients or their time. We have been to this office two times and on both occasions we waited almost 2 hours to see the doctor. Appointment times have no value to the staff or the doctor. If you make any inquiry about when the doctor will see you or how late the doctor is to see you, the staff will tell you to reschedule your appointment if you want to leave. I wouldn't recommend anyone go see Dr. Caputo, unless you have an entire day set aside for a simple doctor's visit. Dr. Caputo's office has no respect for it's patients or their time. Dr Caputo and her entire staff are excellent. They have continuously provide amazing care for my family. She always gives clear analysis and recommendations. We trust her and have always seen great long term health as a result of her care.

What a wonderful experience for my kid as well as for me (a worried parents I’m sure you all know what that feels like). My son broke his arm and they took him in for casting after an ER trip we had the day before. Dr Caputo is wonderful! You can tell she loves her job. After he healed she said if anything happens or if we need her to just call in and she’ll take him in. She really meant it… She made such an impression on my kid that he wanted to go to her again after he healed. Wish came true unfortunately and he broke his other arm a few months later. So I called in at 4pm after he fell and by 440 we were in her office. She was about to leave the office when I called and the front desk calls me back to tell me she’s waiting for us so I ran out the door! Prompt Appt. Scheduling, Next day, critical cause of pain in my shoulder. On site svcs available X-rays, MRI. Thorough diagnosis and immediate action. FU physical therapy with Bartley. FU spot scheduled in a month. This is my second experience with Dr Caputo knee rehab 5 years ago Extremely successful.

Dr. Caputo was able to place a cast on my daughter the same day I called. Easy to find location, great staff, and the physician answered my questions.

Extremely unprofessional, keep us waiting in the room for one hour, never replied to the calls, didn’t respond to my insurance request and as a result insurance didn’t approve MRI and we had to pay cash $400. For two months can’t come with any idea why my wife in pain, couldn’t even send to somebody who can the job.

I cannot say enough to express how genuinely kind Dr. Caputo was with my eight year old son and I. She took her time to listen to him as he recounted all the pain & discomfort he’s been experiencing from his knees. She explained things well, never made us feel rushed, and really seemed to care.

Dr. Caputo is phenomenal! She is a true advocate for her patients, is very thorough, really takes the time to LISTEN to her patients (and their parents). I’ve brought both my children to see her for multiple injuries (gymnast and normal active kid injuries), and she is spot on with her assessments. There’s never an “upsell” for treatment, she is straight forward, easy to understand, clear with treatment options and truly puts her patient’s long-term health as first priority. No one has responded to our emails or phone calls -it’s been 2 days since my son received his cast- we went in 16 hours after our appt to pick up the shower bag that they forgot to give us so I told them I wanted to know if my son has a fracture or a sprain, it’s not on the paperwork or my receipt and I would like to know more about his injury. Dr Caputo said that I would be charged for a whole new appointment. I explained we waited an hour and a half after to see the doctor and our appointment was rushed - it was after 5pm at that point and I was left in the front office with my son asking unanswered questions to the very nice assistant that was trying to help me. these questions that should have originally been answered during a first appt. Also they scheduled my appt to remove my sons cast 4 days prior to the 2 week time frame the Dr first stated the cast would be on, and I want to be sure that is ok? The front office was very friendly and professional.

I've seen Dr Caputo since my kids were little. She's great at speaking with them and calming their concerns.

Very first appointment, she had me waiting in the small waiting room 50 mins. Seems like she don't care about her new patience. Didn't drop in to say she was running late or busy. Never saw her. I had to leave for a different appointment.

Dr. Caputo was very knowledgeable about my son’s sports injury. She knew his sport, his position and injury. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Very thankful that we were able to see her quickly (called and made an appt for the next day) and that he is on his way to recovery.

We don't understand why there is an almost 2 hour wait every single time. Why even make an appointment? In my opinion this person's behavior is one of the rude and condescending. There is no discussion or partnering. As the parent you are not greeted and when you speak for your child then you are spoken "at" and dismissed.

Dr Caputo has treated 3 of my children and myself over the past 10 years and she is unfailingly compassionate, thorough and provides us with excellent care. I feel that she takes the time to get to know her patients, even in a busy practice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Caputo is friendly, conducted a thorough exam and address all of our questions.

We love Dr. Caputo! She’s knowledgeable, wonderful with kids, and the staff is great.

Dr Caputo has treated my son on several soccer injuries through his teens. From an MCL out for the season to sprained ankles, broken toe or painful strained tendons. She is very straight forward and was an athlete herself. We trust her judgement and will continue to go to her for any family injury.

Very caring and made my daughter feel at ease.

Dr Caputo was very knowledgeable and friendly with my six year old daughter. Having X-rays and casting done in office was very convenient.

Dr Caputo was very professional, caring, and made sure my daughter was very comfortable. Dr Caputo answered all of our questions and included my daughter by explaining the procedure of applying her cast.

Had a very bad experience with this doctor a few years ago. Misdiagnosed my son and took no action to get his condition resolved (staph infection). Did not even tell us his test results showed the staph bacteria so we were not aware of it. Ended up in severe medical emergency situation, fortunately with no long term consequences. Never called us to check on his progress. We're so lucky he is alive and well.

Dr. Caputo was a very thorough, practical and skilled referral from my daughter's pediatrician when we suspected a wrist fracture. Urgent Care Dr and Radiologist said there was no break but Dr. Caputo spotted in at the growth plate on the x-ray and treated it. What I really liked about her too is that she spoke directly to my 10-year old herself, trusting her with her own pain and symptoms all along. Very pleased with her care and would recommend her to others.

My kids have seen Dr. Caputo several times.Because they needed follow up, I made the next appt before leaving. If it's difficult to get an appt, it's because she's so popular. She has a great way with kids and teens. She talks directly to them and treats them differently than some other doctors have. I, and my referring pediatrician, think highly of her. My only complaint is that her office staff, when you call, are very determined to get your insurance information before you ever see her.

My family had a great experience today when we took our 6 year old daughter to Dr. Caputo. She explained everything to us and at the same time made my daughter feel comfortable. Couldn't ask for more out of our visit.

Long waiting hours with very few appointment minutes. Without a lot of imagine tests (more money paid), she can't diagnosis. In the end, my son had no medical problem just one slightly longer leg. She couldn't even diagnosis that without an x-ray. Office and Staff are nice, not the Doctor.

She misdiagnosed our daughter's osteoma as growing pains. Probably ok for a straight forward case like broken leg but nothing more serious!

Both my children have been treated recently by Dr. Caputo , one for a broken arm and the other for Scoliosis. Her care and manner are exemplary. Her assisting staff are gray, too. We are usually seen promptly, and she even told her staff to. lol my two kids' appointments together. Why the low scores here? I sustill ft that it's the front office staff, who make getting your payment/insurance info a priority over getting you a first appointment. Happened with each child's first appointment.

After my son broke his arm, we were able to get in on the same day to see Dr. Caputo. She took excellent care of my son and made him feel immediately at ease. She explained things clearly and spent a lot of time with us. We would definitely recommend Dr. Caputo. Her office staff and nurse were also very friendly and helpful.
