Pointed finger at me and loudly scolded me when I tried to express my families concerns regarding my health problems, then went into a totally unrelated diatribe about health care workers who get attacked?!? Most unusual doctors visit of my life! I don’t know if she was having a bad day or there was some really bad miscommunication going on here, but no patient who wants to trust a doctor should have to go through that.
Doesn't listen. Doesn't care. Wouldn't help find a specialist to help me. I wouldn't trust this lady to do anything. Aweful experience. Zero stars if I could.
After a 45-minute wait, Dr. Hanneken seemed hurried, impatient and unorganized. She did not listen well and was dismissive. I would not recommend Dr. Hanneken.
