Dr. Crittenden, cares about her patients and is a amazing dr. because she is thorough, attentive, listens, ask questions and overall a good person. She delivered my three babies and I am grateful I found a dr. like her.

First-time mom and she did nothing to really help. Never educated me or prepare me for what I may go through. I hated going to appointments because I would be waiting forever. A few times she was late. Once she was 2 hours late and I work an hourly job. I never felt like she genuinely cared about me and I wanted to change doctors but I was already too far in my pregnancy to change. Oh did I mention for a while, no one knew how far along I was? Was told 3 different things by 3 different people. Or the fact that I had to take blood numerous times because someone kept messing up. Or how billing has yet to send anything to my insurance regarding out-of-pocket payments.

She care for me through my entire pregnancy. These are difficult and unprecedented times to be pregnant during a pandemic. She made all information and my options easy to understand. I was encouraged to get my COVID vaccine even though I was on the fence about it for months. I was given very honest and factual information about the risk and benefits. I am SO glad I got my vaccine, as I got COVID shortly after. My unborn son and I survived/thrived and he is now a healthy chubby boy with NO complications at all. Dr. Crittenden not only backed me with great information to save me and my baby, she was there to preform my scheduled C-section as promised. I couldn't have asked for a better physician through these scary times. It's difficult enough to find a provider that approaches all of her cases and patients with the highest level of veracity and professionalism as she does. Even more impressive, is that while doing all of that, you feel like you are talking to an advocate and a friend. Even though I believe this is our last planned pregnancy, I would happily refer her to anyone searching for an OBGYN. She care for me through my entire pregnancy. The lady basically told me she didn’t recognize my insurance name.. Molina weird then she said is this through Blue Cross Blue Shield I told her I didn’t know I thought that was her job to know and I asked her if there was some sort of database where she could verify if they except the insurance she said that I would need to make an appointment and if they didn’t except my insurance they would call me back within 2 to 3 business days nope going somewhere else The lady basically told me she didn’t recognize my insurance name.. Had an overian cysts 2 years ago when I was 28. This doctor basically told me I could have cancer and I need surgery asap, and would probably lose an overy or worse with zero evidence of any malignancy. Scaring me so bad that I started having panic attacks on a regular bases. I got a second opinion from another doc and they said it was a simple fluid filled cyst and they could easily see that on ultra sound just needed to be drained via a lap surgery, which is what I ended up doing. Pathology came back...was a simple fuild filled cyst. So in other words dr Crittenden is a quack and shouldn't even have a medical license.. seriously who jumps to the assumption of cancer within a 2 second exam. I came to her because she was highly respected and recommended, also a second opinion. However, her bedside manner is HORRIBLE. She did not listen to anything I said nor provide any alternatives. Everything that she wanted to me to do is what I have been through and explained already. I literally left the office in tears. Do not go to her if you have PCOS, she will rush you in and out. I visted Dr. Crittenden for the first time ever for an annual check up back in Feb 2020. She was way more concerned with my relationship than I would have liked. Anyways, she was very concerned about checking my fertility because of my age... So we did blood work and 2 days later she called to let me know it would be hard/impossible for me to conceive. I honestly didn’t allow myself to get too upset because in my gut I knew her testing me just days after my period ending could be the problem as this wasn’t my first time having the testing done. Fast forward to today... I received my results from my new Dr. and she states my fertility is fine. My new Dr. checked my hormones the correct way (3 days into my period). I feel bad for anyone else who has been given bad/upsetting news from Dr. Crittenden, this is completely unacceptable! I so love her as a doctor. I have 4 beautiful children and she had delivered each one of them. So thankful. She is amazing doctor as well makes sure your on the right path during your pregnancy.

I went to her because I had a yeast infection that was not responding to the medication I received. She leaped to an incurable STD as a diagnosis, when she was aware that I had never been sexually active. She avoided answering my question on whether the test for yeast infections could have a false negative. I had to go to another doctor to get the adequate and correct care that I should have received from her! Turned out I had an allergic reaction on top of the yeast infection that had not fully resolved. STAY AWAY! You are a number to her, not a person. Stay away from this quack.

Terrible bedside manner! Always late and always tries to rush you out of the room! Do not see her if you have PCOS! I saw her a few years ago and she was very dismissive of my symptoms. She just wanted to put me on birth control... nothing else! She said that my symptoms (hirsutism and enlarged ovaries) were something that I was born with! That hair loss was not a symptom of PCOS, which is not true! Also said that there was not a test for PCOS (not true). I had to PUSH her to test my hormonal levels! She did a blood test that showed that my testosterone level was high, but that she thought it did not warrant any treatment. Walked out of the room while I was still asking a question, and then responded while out of the room that (reproductive) endocrinologists were for "hormonal issues"... last I checked, PCOS IS a hormonal issue. If she does not know that or what the symptoms are for PCOS, she should not be practicing as a doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crittenden for 9 years. I cannot stress enough how amazing this doctor is. She delivered all three of my children, I wouldn’t trust anyone else! She is an amazing doctor who truly cares for each of her patients. Her office staff is helpful and friendly. I always recommend friends and family to her. She makes doctor visits enjoyable. Dr Crittenden is an amazing doctor. She took her time with my fiancé answered all our questions. The receptionist was very pleasant. The billing department answered all our questions and even took us to a private room to speak about our benefits.

She doesn't care about the well-being of her patients. Any concern was dismissed. Biased reviews on especially Facebook. All four and five stars. Any negative ones or under 4 stars are deleted off her fb page. Need I say more?

Wish I could give zero stars. Had the appointment booked, even confirmed over an email, when they called on the day of 30 mins before my appointment to cancel on me. I explained that it was an emergency and since it was a Monday, I had been waiting all weekend on this appointment. It was already four in the afternoon so no other doctor could take me so last minute, I had already left work early for my confirmed appointment, and because I live out of town, was already on the way and twenty mins away from home. I explained all of this to them, and all I could get was “sorry about that, we’re busy”. And that was after being left on hold for 15 mins. Wish I could give zero stars. Dr . Crittenden is wonderful however her staff in the appointment department is another story they are very rude and unprofessional.

She is wonderful!

She is just awesome, she listens and follows through with what she does. I trust her with my life and I’ve trusted her with my life four times c-section ! Just the best !!

Absolutely an amazing Doctor!! Not sure why someone would give less than 5 stars. I never once had an issue with her or her staff. Her professionalism and genuine concern for her patients is above and beyond average. I highly recommend her to family and friends....even coworkers!

Had apt confirmed over email when they called thirty mins before to cancel. I explained that it was an emergency and I had waited all weekend to see a doctor. Since it was late afternoon no one else could take me. I explained that I had already taken off of work and was on the way since I live an hour away. All she could say was “sorry, we’re busy” and that was after being left on hold for nearly twenty mins.

Have tried to schedule an appointment five times there every single time I am left on hold for a redicoulos amount of time. Twice I was hung up on.

horrific bedside manner. I came in with abdominal pain and was given the diagnoses of an ovarian cysts. jumps to tells me it could be cancerous and need blood work asap. I'm a 28 year old with no cancer in the family. proceeds to tell me birth control will most likely get rid of it. so now we went from cancer to "it will (can) shrink with birth control" WHICH IS?!?!? left crying thinking i was going to die on cancer. came back 2 weeks later blood test came back negative for cancer. says i need to have it removed because of the size. FINE lets get it removed, starts to proceed to tell me again i could need another operation after this if my pap smear comes back with "issues"?? said it could end up being open surgery, that my ovary could possibly not be saved also told be recovery time was MINIMUM of 2 weeks out of work for a laparoscopic cystectomy ... umm yeah... canceled surgery with this quack and left immediately and went for a second opinion to Dr Al hal-akeem, told me he could tell IMMEDIATELY this was a benign cyst just by the sonogram and said Dr Crittenden was nuts for even trying to jump to a cancer diagnosis . Had a laparoscopic cystectomy 2 days later with him. Growth was in FACT benign and removed successfully, no open surgery, no loss of ovary. Was perfectly fine and healed to go back to work 6 days later NOT 2 weeks or more. moral of this story. stay away from this nut job. horrific bedside manner. I never write reviews however i have had a really bad experience so far i been rescheduled 3 times. I was highly recommended to come here and was really looking forward to it but after being on hold for a long time to reschedule I will definitely not be going back or referring anyone to them. This is my first pregnancy and I was looking forward to the Dr visits the most but after trying to get seen for 2 months I will not be going back . The best doctor I ever had, She stole my heart she no longer considered my doctor she is family. She goes the extra mile for her patients. Never had a problem. And never will change my doctor. Love you doctor Crittenden!!!!!

Dr Crittenden is an awesome OB/GYN. She delivered my last two sons. I've referred many family and friends to her with nothing but positive outcomes. Great doctor

Absolutely love Dr.Crittenden she has helped me during a tough time and I had lost hope that I would ever have a cure for what I was having to deal with. I had seen 6 other doctors and no one knew what was wrong. She truly understands and listens to you. I have recommended her to my family and friends. She has truly been remarkable will never go to any other ob-gyn she has definitely gained my trust.

Waited an hour for nothing. They ended up having to give me my money back. Don't waste your time there!

First visit to the doctors office.... will not be going back! Doctor was a sweetheart and very professional. Her staff on the other hand had bad attitudes the whole time , very out of order with paperwork. Was there about 2 hours and 30 min before we left!
