Other reviewers have described Dr. Cronin as rude, condescending, dismissive, and belittling. In my opinion, all of those characterizations are accurate. However, I believe Dr. Cronin's faults go beyond even those serious issues identified in previous reviews. Specifically, I would describe Dr. Cronin as being aggressively hostile if she concludes that you have wronged her by not providing her information to which she feels she is entitled. For example, my minor child was her patient. She called a meeting with me recently, ostensibly to discuss potential treatments for my kid. However, in actuality, the meeting is better described as an ambush. She opened the "conversation" (really, harangue) by accusing me multiple times of having "lied" to her by not sharing certain treatment my daughter was receiving from another provider. That treatment was for care for mental health issues that I believed Dr. Cronin was not able to provide. I was shocked and taken aback that she would accuse me of

My 14-year-old daughter was a patient of Dr. Cronin. I had an appointment with Dr. Cronin today, ostensibly to discuss my daughter's medical and mental health issues. Instead, Dr. Cronin asked me to sit down and then immediately accused my wife and me of having "lied" to her regarding our child's medical condition. I am still trying to piece together the basis of her accusation, but, apparently, she was "angry" (her word) that we had not informed her that my daughter had recently started receiving therapy services through a PeaceHealth program. In any event, I reacted angrily to being called a liar, at which point she told me that my angry response to being called a liar indicated that I had a "personality disorder." After some brief continued unpleasantries, I parted her office with words I am not proud of having used. However, trying to take the high road, I actually called her shortly thereafter to ask if we could have a calm conversation where she could explain her point of view about how we had (supposedly) wronged her. She never bothered to return the call. She was well aware that my daughter was having mental health issues. She knew this from very early in the care relationship. However, apparently, we are "liars" because we didn't tell her right away about the latest place we were seeking mental health treatment. If you enjoy being attacked by your doctor for mystifying reasons, Dr. Cronin is your doctor.

I've had some pretty terrible experiences with doctors in the past. Dr. Cronin was fantastic. I wasn't rushed and she answered all my questions patiently. I'm very happy that I found her! Thank you, Dr. Cronin.

Dr. Cronin has cared for our family in Emergency and Urgent care settings. She’s knowledgeable, friendly and takes time to explain things in a way that we can understand. She is open to both traditional and alternative medicine modalities and has given us some great recommendations. She’s an excellent physician!

I finally found a great doctor for me. It's nice having my questions answered in a clear way that doesn't feel rushed. Dr Cronin is fantastic.

Dr. Cronin cared for my daughter on several occasions. I was amazed by her thoroughness, as well as her bedside manner. She even took the time to make sure she understood her care instructions, medications and when to seek further treatment. It was obvious to both my daughter and I that she was invested in health her and wellness.

She basically told me I was waisting their time by following another medical pofessesionals opinion to get checked out. Mocked me in person and took the extra step to mock me in my after visit notes. Im thankul to the nurse who treated me with much warmth and kindness reassuring me I was very right to come in. Thanks for nothing but the bad taste in my mouth doctor.

I cannot emphasize the amount of disrespect this doctor emits towards her patients. After seeing my daughter my daughter said she never wanted to see a doctor again. I would not seek her to care for even a scratch. She's mean, egotistical & obviously lacks in-depth knowledge, explaining her demeanor. She bragged to us she's been a doctor at the ER for 17 years & is doing well. Oh brother...

NO NO NO I WOULD NEVER SEND ANYONE TO THIS DR I WOULD DIE FIRST I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY AND DISRESPECTFULLY
