OFFICE AND FRONT DESK HAVE MAJOR COMMUNICATION ISSUES

Dr Eden is an excellent pcp and explains everything very well. She genuinely cares for you and gives it to you real also explains why.

I’ve never had a good experience with her. Each time I’ve come, I’ve waited 30+ minutes for her to see me for 2 minutes or less. She’s not warm or friendly at all. Very robotic. Not what I expect from a “family doctor”. She makes me feel as though I am just a number and she wants to get over with the visit as fast as possible. Which, is not an indicator of how busy she is, but of her people skills. I’ve come to her several times in hopes that the next experience will be better, giving the benefit of the doubt. But after my most recent visit, I will not be seeing her again. At this most recent visit, the I told the nurse my reasons for coming in. When Dr. Eden came in, she only addressed one of the reasons, then walked out the door before I had a chance to address the second. She walked out the door before she even said that the lady at the front desk would check me out. I was so taken off guard, I just walked out. I then decided to come back and make her see me for the other reason since I paid for the visit. It took another 30 minutes for her come back in and when she did, she made an unnecessary comment in a rude tone about how I “didn’t say anything so she didn’t know there was something else.” When I told her that she walked out of the room before I had a chance to and that it should have been in my chart because the nurse took notes down when I told her about both reasons for my visit, she didn’t apologize or say anything but “what can I help you with”. I can't imagine someone having a terrible visit to Dr. Eden's., as I saw in a previous review. She is absolutely the best MD I've ever had. She is a great diagnostian and doesn't rush through the visit. I recommend her highly.

I never visit this office and tried to make appointment but according to the reviews about the staff how they rude i give a bad review because I don’t like rude people!!! This office lose four members family just now !!!

I am usually very loyal to doctors I see and while I enjoy my visits when I can finally see someone I CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE! I have to call EVERY time get my insulin medication refilled. They called back at odd hours and tell me I need to make another appointment. I paid over $100 just three months prior for the that exact visit. The office is VERY UNORGANIZED and not friendly. One would think that they would want to keep someone who drive 40 minutes to their office for 7 years! They can’t even keep their notes correct on which prescription to send . I moved to FW almost a year ago now and I want to thank k the drs office for being awesome. Every single staff. I want to also thank Dr. Eden and dr Meador, and Lynn. Today I hope Tammy at the front is recognized for her great service. She stayed on the phone with me longer than she had to helping me get a apt at another location as you guys were booked up for today. This office really does care!! They treat my children as their own when we come in. I've seen my health improve since being here. I was so surprised to find some negative reviews for Dr. Eden......well, actually mostly for the office staff, or having to wait, etc. I have gone to Dr. Eden for 15 YEARS, and she is by far the best doctor I have ever had (and I am 77.......so lots of years and lots of doctors). She is knowledgeable, thorough, kind, warm, and spends as much time with me as I need (well, within reason. I can be pretty chatty). I have had several serious and not so serious medical issues, especially the last 6 and 1/2 years. Dr. Eden has dealt with each one head on. She has listened to me cry, and yet we also tease, which I like to do, and it's good for me. If I can't get in to see Dr. Eden on a rare occurrence, then I get to see Lynn (the wonderful and also knowledgeable nurse practitioner that works with Dr. Eden and her patients). I feel cared about and my thoughts and feelings respected by both of them. What a concept! By the way, a normal wait time to get in to see either of them is about 15 minutes. If it's flu season, etc., and the waiting room is packed, then I may have waited 30 minutes or so......but where would that not be true? I am through rattling now. I think you get the point! My visit with Dr. Eden was nothing less than horrifying!!! The reception area acts as if they are doing you a favor, they are rude!!! The MA or Tech who scribes for Dr. Eden spends more time with a patient. I had to make a urgent visit to Dr. Eden, since I had selected her as my PCP. Well when Dr. Eden walked in she lifted up my blouse, told me to stand up, bend down, now mind you, the exam was just all visual, no other tests were scheduled nor were any other tests conducted in the office. Well, from what I have just shared, Dr. Eden stated “you have Multiple Sclerosis” and left the room??? I left, contacted another Dr. that had been a Doctor for over 30 years and he contacted some of his colleagues to discuss what occurred with Dr. Eden. The conclusion was that multiple tests needed to be conducted in order to even state that there was any Multiple Sclerosis... Now, I did go elsewhere at the directions of the Dr. I know and after many tests There was NO multiple sclerosis!!!

I came to Dr. Eden because my insurance changed and I could only see Baylor doctors. I could not change physicians because Baylor doctors won't "poach" each other's patients. She isn't very friendly at all. She was visibly frustrated with me that I wouldn't do a pap smear (I had my toddler with me at the time) She refused to be even remotely helpful when I needed my gallbladder removed. All in all, it was just an awful experience for me. Thankfully iv since changed insurance plans and now go to a lovely doctor who actually has some bedside manner. I've always found Dr Eden and her staff to be professional and easy to get in to see.

Called to schedule an appointment, spoke with someone named Jay-jay. Super rude! Very poor customer service skills. She definitely needs some training. I moved on.

Doctor is always overbooked. I always have to wait at least an hour after my appointment time to be called back. They are unable to help in emergency situations. Go to urgent care for stitches, strep or any other issues. They DO NOT try to "work you in" for these types of things. They only really handle physicals and maintenance medications. If you're looking for more personalized service, look elsewhere, which is what I am doing. Doctor is always overbooked. WORST experience EVERY time I deal with this office. The staff is always rude and the doctors NEVER have any availabilities... no matter what it’s for. I have been going to Dr. Eden for a number of years. I have several health issues and she is always very helpful. She listens and takes her time. She is such a sweet and caring doctor.

Been seeing Dr Eden for 8 years and she is great. Listens to everything you say and helps you out. Rarely do I have to wait more than 10 minutes to get in. I can usually get a sick appointment the same day with either her or the nurse. Flu shots walk-in for established visitors.

In a 2 week period I visited twice due to severe nerve pain in my arms. Visit 1 I received an exam, a Rx, and a blood test and was charged $125 for the office visit Visit 2 I received an exam, a Rx, and referral for PT. Dr Eden was flippant and condescending about my thoughts on the problem. I was charged $170 for the office visit because referring a patient to PT makes the visit "more complex" Another Dr ordered an MRI-I have a spinal injury that the wrong PT could have made worse.

Dr. Eden has been my family doctor for 12yrs. She is compassionate and takes her time with every appointment. I now live 2 1/2 hrs away and still retain her as my physician. She is the best doctor that I have have had in my 52 yrs on this earth..

Absolutely love her! She is very thorough during my office visit and super friendly. Dr. Eden is very knowledgeable and kind. She know her stuff and it shows that she cares about her patients. I feel like I am in good hands. Glad I found her!

Went to an appointment arrived 30 minutes prior waited an hour total before being called. Dr. came in and actually gave possible diagnose? Had additional tests to have done. I have not heard from Dr.. Oh Dr. is not thorough and does not return after suppose to schedule labs! So one is left guessing! Finding New physician!

Saw FNP, first time visit, so time was probably longer than established patient. Great experience from the time I walked in the door, until I was out. Glad to have found this clinic.

Dr.Eden is a good family practice Dr. She plays by the rules. She listen & does the appropriate test to take proper care of you.

Dr Kimberly very professional and friendly and caring.

I have been seeing Dr. Eden for 8 years now and I will not change physicians unless my insurance changed. I never feel rushed during appointments. She takes the time to listen and get to know you.
