Dr. Keller is just an incredible physician. I have never had a doctor that was so unbelievable smart, attentive, caring and knowledgeable. I knew as soon as I met her that my life was in good care with Dr. Keller.. She is thorough in everything she does and makes certain that I understand, and have everything I need in maintaining good health. My wife was 20 min late for her appointment.She was told that after 20min it was cancelled and needed to reschedule I asked what about when i have to wait 45 min in waiting room. Told that was policy. I no longer see this Dr. My wife died a short time later.....

I've had the good fortune to have Dr. Keller as my primary care physician for quite some time now. I find her professional to a fault, caring and always ready to listen to my concerns. I have never felt that I was taking up too much of her time. It is a bit ironic because I moved from Manhattan to Edgewater three years ago and lived no more than walking distance from some of the best medical institutions in the nation. Dr Keller made me suffer 14 months with hip pain. She would not ok my hip replacement surgery instead she sent me to 5 (no lie) specialist a cardiologist (who cleared me) then a pulmonologist ( also cleared me) then an endocrinologist ( he even called her to tell her I needed this surgery and was ok). She then sent me to a neurologist (cleared) a cardiologist again for tests that I passed. Finally the orthopedic docs said to see a Hemotologist for an iron infusion which did work in my favor. I have been going to Doctor Keller for years! I have never experienced such a caring bedside Doctor as I have experienced with Dr. Keller. She always takes the time to due a thorough exam and always explains everything in detail! I would highly recommend Doctor Keller by far then any Doctor I have ever seen in my life! Dr. Keller is a very thorough compassionate and supportive in her field of expertise. With her thorough examination she literally saved my life by referring me to a cardiologist who caught what could’ve been a very deadly Outcome. I am 71 and have had quite a few primary care physicians (and specialists) in my life and I can unequivocally say she is the best doctor I have ever had! Period. She's personable, knowledgeable, experienced. In just one visit, she put me on a path to achieve resolution to my medical problems. I am so happy to have found Dr. Keller!

Not the PCP I was looking for. My husband and I became patients of Dr. Keller in 2018. We had our first visit and everything went fine. My husband got a sinus infection a couple of months later. Called the office at 9am. Finally heard back at 3pm and was told to go to Urgent Care. This happened a 2nd time when he strained his back... he was sent to our local Urgent Care. When I asked for a referral to an Osteopath who Manipulates, she didn't know of any. This is not what I am looking for in a PCP.

I had been a patient of hers for over 5 years. My annual physical came up and I did blood work and other tests for the visit on November 12. Less than 24 hours before the appointment, her office called to tell me they had to reschedule. The next available appointment would be in February 2020. Goodbye.

Doctor Keller is an excellent doctor. She listens to everything you have to say with care and concern. She always makes time to listen and explain things to you. I was among one of her first patients when she came to NSB and I have recommended her to many of my family and friends.

I have been a patient of Dr. Keller's for over 6 years. Until recently she was a doctor that took her time to address and listen to one's health concerns. Due to this I have recommended multiple people to her. However, as of late, I'm not sure who Dr Keller is and what is wrong with her. She doesn't take the time to listen to patient health concerns and loves to refer people out to other offices because clearly she either hates her job now, or she has something going on in her life. Regardless of this reason for this change in her, that is no excuse for her poor, and dare I say nonchalant/hateful attitude towards her patient. Speaking from experience, her nonchalant attitude landed me in the hospital with a serious infection, and all because she didnt take the time to listen or examine me. This, dare I even call her this at this point but "Dr", is going to end up killing someone due to her negligence as it pertains to listening to her patient's health concerns. Please for your own sake do not go to Dr. Keller. And as stated above, clearly something has happened to her that has made her not have the same passion for her job that she once had. Therefore, Advent Health needs to step in and address her issues,or she should give up her license, and find a job she is truly passionate about, because clearly she isn't passionate about her job anymore, and has lost sight of the hippocratic oath, she took, to due no harm. If anyone still feels the need to see Dr. Keller, please do so, but realize you are puting uour life and health in jeopardy by see this so-called Dr. Dr. Keller, I am extremely disappointed in you and never thought in a million years, you would turn into the person/"Dr." you are today, please take sometime and reevaluate the person you have become, because you are putting people's lives in danger! Dr. Keller is an extremely thorough physician. I have been going to her for a number of years. She takes her time and really listens. If you are looking for a new Internist, she is the best .

Dr. Keller is by far the best doctor I've ever come across. Her compassion, professionalism and empathy are unmatched. She treats you like family and is genuinely caring, she goes the extra mile to ensure you're given the best possible care.

My husband and I first met Dr. Keller when she was in Dr. Russell Perry’s office, (which later became Island Doctors). We both were very impressed with her professionalism and her attention to detail. She took the time to listen to us and to explain things in way we could understand allowing us to feel comfortable about the prescribed treatments. Dr. Keller has taken awesome care of me and my entire family! She took care of our mother when she was diagnosed with cancer she was there for her taking care of getting hospice set up! Dr Keller is very caring. She’s actually takes time to listen to her patients. Likes to cure her patients ailments instead of just pushing pills on you. Moving to Fl, I needed to find a Primary Care doctor. Dr Keeler had been my doctor for about 8 months which at first I was very confident in her staff as well as her. However, as the months went on, that really changed. Her staff (which seems to change too often) began to frighten me due to their incompetence. One example: wrong info in my records due to incorrect transferring to computer. There are several more, enough to feel I need to leave. Dr Keller is good, but her staff is not....sad.

Professional, compationate and knowledgeable discribe Dr Keller. This doctor's immediate action may have saved my life. Whether it's a simple wellness check or a life threatening event, Dr Keller is who I am glad to call my physician.

My Husband and I have been patients of Dr. Keller for 3+ years. She takes time to listen to you, she explains tests results, procedure and plans for care. If I have to wait a little longer I don't mind because I know it is because she is doing her job. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes. Her staff has always been accommodating and professional.

I've been a patient of Dr Keller since she moved to the area. She was extremely aggressive in the process of getting me diagnosed and treated for MS. I can always get into her office when I'm having any issues, she cares, listens, communicates and is truly compassionate and committed to her patients!

She's simply the best around!! She takes as much time as needed to assess and I initiate a treatment plan while fully explaining it to you. Yes, you may wait a little longer for your appointment time on occasion due to this, but I would rather have a doctor be through than shove me out the door bc I have a "scheduled 15 minute appointment". She does throw a pile of prescriptions at you as a bandaid approach for treatment...if that's what you are looking for, look elsewhere!!! She truly cares!!

Arrogant and rude would be putting it mildly. Interestingly enough her ego is very fragile. Cannot handle constructive feedback. Most definitely has a she’s better God-complex. Can never run her practice to be on time. Continually up to 30 minutes late to see scheduled patients. Talks more about what she won’t do versus how she can help you.

Absolutely one of the worst doctors I have EVER been to in my entire life. She is rude, rushes through the appointment, won't let you finish a sentence, talks to you like you are stupid. I was admitted to the hospital last May and my follow up visit with her was so unreal, I said I'd never go back to her. Unfortunately, I had to go back to her today and she was even worse. I can't believe she is even has a practice.

I have been using this Dr. for about 3 years, This Dr. has been the worst experience that I have ever had in my life! I was in the ER the weekend prior for a possible Stroke, my visit was on the day that everyone was evacuating for Hurricane Irma which made me ten minutes late, the nurse was rude and they turned me away and said they were too busy to take me by the Dr.s order!...IT WAS AN ER FOLLOW UP!!! I do not and will not recommend this Dr. to anyone!!!

Dr. Keller is one of the finest doctors I have known. As a retired physician I appreciate her calm caring manner and the quality of her office staff. She takes the time to explain and discuss her plan for my care and demonstrates knowledge that surpasses mine. My recommendation of her is the highest I can give to another physician. My experience has Always be Excellent as she is very knowledgeable and caring when you see her!

She is the most compassionate Doctor I have had the pleasure to treat me. Her bedside manner is what all doctors should learn. She is thorough and she will not rush you out just so she can see as many as patients as possible. She prefers to cure you as opposed jusr blanketing your symptoms. She is a great asset to Florida Hospital. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is and I think all doctors should follow her lead.

Dr Keller is an amazing doctor. She takes her time with each patient and doesn't just treat the symptom, but works to find the source of the problem. I highly recommend her and am proud to say, she is my doctor.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Keller. The long and short of it is I waited for over 40 minutes in the exam room, not to mention my time in the outer office. When I stepped out of the exam room to ask how much longer it would be, Dr. Keller said I was next. I mentioned I had been there a long time and instead of saying I'm sorry or anything else reasonable, she copped an attitude. In my entire life I have never experienced a doctor this rude and snarky. We both agreed to no exam.
