Great Drs office.everyones is nice ans friendly as well.thank you all for your services.

She is easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about all my medical problems, some of which are quite uncommon. When I call for an appointment, I can usually get in within 24 hours. When arriving to the parking lot, you call, and they screen for covid concerns. Possible cases are brought in through the regular patient waiting room, where staff don full ppe. Non covid patients are brought in by the staffs door in the back, and kept in exams rooms at the far end of the building. I feel very safe there. Dr Lacy is an osteopathic physician, so she also does spinal adjustments like a chiropractor. This has relieved my occasional back and neck problems. She also does minor surgery in the office. But the thing that impresses me the most, is that if they say that they will do something, it gets done. Calling in a prescription, making an appointment to see a specialist, or whatever. I have found this to be an extreme exception to other practices. I have no complaints.

I've never met such a hypocritical doctor (and I use that term lightly) that is so insincere about her patients. She leaves the room and you hear her talking about you to her nurse. The whole staff is rude and I've never felt so hurt by someone that went into a field that is suppose to help people and care about them.

Great Doctor but her staff can use some better professional skills Starting with one of her Nurses who never smile & never says hello don't know her Name for she never introduced herself but needs some improving with the way she dresses & her Mannerism .Smile every Know & than & as a nurse great the patients by there first name .How the staff acts make the Doctor look bad .!!!!! Also when a Patient call they never call back I always need to call them .Not good
