Dr. Kimberly Sue Scanlon

Dr. Scanlon is an amazing physician! She makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to answer all your questions. The staff in the office is just as great and make the whole experience easy. I also appreciate how responsive the team is on the MyChart app. It's helpful to have a question answered within a day or two via the app instead of having to call. If you're looking for a compassionate doctor who is warm and honest, Dr. Scanlon is that person.

Dr Scanlon has been my Dr since she was a resident at Lagrange family practice . I wouldn't see anyone else for the world. She efficient and really cares about her patients. And office staff are really friendly.

My name is Joanna M. I am a happily married mom of 3;) I never leave reviews and though to myself well why leave one as I don’t think she accepts anymore new patients. BUT in this “can be cruel world” I have to give credit where credit is due. There are many reasons why she is simply the best for patience. Dr Scanlon has been my Dr. For last 20 years. She listened and diagnosed my GERD at young age when no one would listen. Then one time I was going though a serious private matter. I went for regular check up but Dr Scanlon has this effect on people because she Truly listens (and doesn’t judge and doesn’t rush you )that you don’t hold back if you are not WELL! . I mean no one in a long time asked me how am I really doing at that time ! She did and I walked out of there feeling so much better because human compassion /empathy is something hard to find these days. She is a blessing to people and to the Duly Group. Dr. Scanlon has been my PCP for 27 years. She has fantastic bedside manner and has incredible rapport with her patient’s. I’ve always walked out feeling like I’ve been given the best care from her. High recommended.

Dr. Scanlon is the best and ONLY doctor I've had that I trust the most. I've had her as my PCP since I was 14 years old and I'm now 30. She is the most caring, loving, and truly gifted Doctor you'll ever have. My entire family (including grandparents) go to Dr. Scanlon. Her staff are incredibly friendly and make it their job to know you so your treated like family every time you go in. Have to give her amazing respect and kudos for all that she does. Dr. Scanlon is my autistic toddler doctor. I actually met her when his original doctor was not available during an emergency visit. The difference between the two was noticeable instantly! With his original doc, we would have a hour or more wait every visit literally. Then another 15 minutes while in the room. Could you imagine the agony of waiting with an autistic toddler for this amount of time ? The first and every time since switching to dr.scanlon , if our appointment is 1pm we are being called back within 15 minutes! I Couldn't believe it! I immediately asked to be switched to her. 2nd shocker- dr. Scanlon bedside manner. No rush no judgment empathetic knowledgable helpful caring compassionate and over all just an great person. She genuinely wants to know you. Your story , where and how she can help. im thankful grateful and truly blessed to have her in my life and you would be too. Dr. Scanlon has been such a special find for me and my daughters. I know doctors are pressured to make visits "efficient," but I have never felt rushed by Dr Scanlon. The doctor always takes my whole medical condition AND what's going on in my life into account when she gives me a diagnosis and recommends treatment. I admire Dr Scanlon for continuing to practice with the same caring and thoroughness and the dedication and responsiveness of the whole practice is great. We are so lucky! Seeing Dr Scalon 10+ years. Fantastic! Takes time to LISTEN to ailments and what's going on in my life that may affect my health and well-being. Offers good advice and kind/gentle approach to medical solutions so I can understand.

Dr. Scanlon has been our primary care physician for decades now. She is the most caring Doctor we've ever met. She takes her time with each of us: my elderly parents, my daughter with Down Syndrome, my Son, myself and recently was the tower of strength for us ALL, during the passing of my one and only husband. She gets to know YOU and what YOU are going through so she not only treats the 'ailment', but helps you through it as a human being. Dr. Scanlon really listens to you and treats you like a real person. She goes over any medical condition or concerns in easy to understand terms. Her follow up and care are great. I still see her after moving more than 25 miles away.
