Would give negative stars if possible! First ENT I had seen, and unrelated to what I had scheduled for, during first appointment Kirby "jokes" could be [rare 2-3K cases per year] brain tumor. That skull needs to be cracked open during surgery. His recommendation during appointment: take seasonal allergy medicine. What decent, sane person says this!? Dr. Lautman is a wonderful doctor. He is knowledgeable and patient. He has seen myself and both my children. He made the experience for my kids very enjoyable.

My family has been seeing Dr. Kirby Lautman for over 30 years. We have trusted him over and over with our ENT troubles, which includes surgeries, and I would highly recommend him. He is extremely attentive to youth as well as adults who might be a little leery of coming to the Doctors office. He will go to great lengths to make a person feel at ease. Seen Dr. Lauttman a few times and he's wonderful. Great bedside manners, social, knowledgeable/informative. I would give him 5-stars. The downside, his schedule is not accessible if you need to get in sooner rather than later. He's usually scheduled for months out. Additionally, I find the clinic staff is difficult to work with. It takes multiple calls just to make an appt and overall environment of their attitude (both clinical and appt schedulers) are not very friendly or welcoming; hence the 3-star rating.

Dr Lautman is an absolutely wonderful doctor. He is kind, compassionate, and so very knowable. He takes his time and explains everything so I can understand. There may be a bit longer wait, but it is worth the wait, He spent so much time with me. I cannot say enough good about him I highly recommend Dr Latuman

Easy to talk to and works hard to find solutions that work

Dr. Lautman is amazing. He was the 3rd ENT I went to, to determine a cause for my migraines. The other 2 wanted to take the easy route by prescribing medication. Dr Lautman found the cause, which entailed avoiding certain foods & environmental. He has a fantastic demeanor, which is especially refreshing in the medical field.

Loyal patient of 16 years here. If it were possible to give this practice NO STARS, we would! A month after diagnostic imaging, have called MULTIPLE times, left MANY messages, put on hold for almost an hour, daily promises to have someone call back, and STILL NOTHING! Poor customer service, no follow-through, and non-existent accountability. Performed a surgical procedure on my husband, for "symptoms" he didn't have. Dr Lautman performed my sinus surgery 2 years ago. He is also my allergy doctor and provides serum for my allergy shots, which I self-administer. I have had allergies for 40 years and Dr. Lautman has resolved most of my sinus issues caused by my allergies. Dr, Lautman is a kind and caring doctor and I am grateful for the care I have received. Yes, you might have difficulty getting in to see Dr. Lautman, and, yes, you may have to wait once you get there, but he is worth the wait. A reminder that there is s serious doctor shortage, especially among specialists. This is a national problem, not the fault of any one doctor. Dr. Lautman was recommended to me for sinus problems. I have had the problem for many years and have seen many different doctors. Dr. Lautman addressed all of my concerns and options. I chose to have surgery for this problem and am happy to say, it was a great success.. I feel better than I have felt in years. Dr. Lautman is a kind and compassionate physician. I highly recommend him.

Not a kid friendly place at all. My son was referred to Dr Lautman for ear tubes. Every appointment we waited 1-2 hours. The surgery was scheduled for 8am, but the day before it got rescheduled for 10 - ok now my 2 year old can't eat until after 10am, fine...but then the dr was almost an hour late. We scheduled our 3rd follow-up today for 1st thing in the morning to avoid waiting...we were still there for 1 hour and 20 minutes before he saw my son for 5 minutes. Dr's response, "The average wait time nationally for an ENT is over an hour", and "You must be having a bad day". Well yes, waiting at your office for over an hour with my 2 year old AGAIN, has put quite the damper on my morning. HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE'S TIME, BUT HIS OWN! DO NOT SEE DR LAUTMAN!!!!!
