Dr. Jacobson is very thorough. She has gotten to the bottom of maladies I've had that other doctors had dismissed. Listens attentively, explains in a way that isn't dumbed down or patronizing. Down to earth, takes on each case as though investigating, doesn't make arrogant assumptions. Wait time can be a problem..sometimes socializing can be heard outside the rooms while you wait and wait.

I truly like Dr Jacobson, in honesty I have only gone for yearly physicals not due to illness. She listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one- one-on one. The only down fall is the wait time to see her once your schedule appointment has arrived. The staff is nice. There could be some more periodicals to ease the wait time.

Dr. Jacobson takes the time to answer and explain any medical questions I may have. I feel very comfortable with her as my Primary Care Dr.. I recommend her to friends who are looking for a primary care Dr..

My visit was efficient, friendly, and informative. Doctor Jacobson and her staff were helpful and professional.

I was able to explain what was wrong in detail without being interrupted and when I was finished explaining, she helped explain what was wrong and what could have caused it in a way that I could understand.

Dr. Jacobson is very easy to talk to. I never feel rushed and she is very thorough. She is compassionate and takes your opinions into consideration. The best doctor I have found in years.

DR. Jacobson is well versed in issues I have and gives me proper referrals for other specialists if needed.

Dr. Jacobson is level headed and she listens. You can tell she's listening and actually processing what you've said because she will pause and then respond in a way that you feel confident that she actually considered what you said or asked. It's nice to not feel rushed out.

Dr. Jacobson provides excellent care in a timely manner. Her staff is friendly and efficient. There has not been a visit whether scheduled as an appointment or requested on short notice that the practice has not responded to promptly to meet my needs. Overall a very good experience with Dr. Jacobson.
