Dr. Langston has been my doctor for years and she’s wonderful. Dr. Kleffman, on the other hand, is not. I saw Dr. Kleffman for a UTI when my regular doctor was unavailable. I walked in with two pictures of home tests that said I had a UTI. I also had classic symptoms. The dipstick results also indicated I had a UTI but my urine culture was negative (probably because I went the same day I started noticing symptoms). She dismissed everything but the culture results so she didn’t treat me. Three weeks later and the infection is running rampant. I developed a rash on my arms and a mouth infection, in addition to the normal UTI symptoms. Went to a second doctor who prescribed an antibiotic. I’m already feeling a million times better but now I need a blood test to see if my kidneys were impacted. Poor service and an even worse doctor. And you know the best part? I sent her a message through MyChart and she didn’t respond to me. How classy. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible service, did not even attempt to help regarding reason for visit. Was only interested in pushing Covid and Flu vaccines. After complaining of bad service the women behind the desk refused to offer any complaint form and requested I make a verbal complaint, when I refused they offered the office managers card and said to email her. Unacceptable, I’ll be getting in contact with ECU directly. And I won’t be happy until the individuals in question are fired and or apologize. The problem is not just this office, it is many offices. When you start receiving Medicare it becomes a business bring patient in talk to him crazy let them leave and go home to die. The office receives it pay, we get asked questions that have nothing to do with our well-being or help.Everything is resolved with a pill which at our age can be detrimental to our health. Who cares dignity is not even in their vocabulary. You asked us to do ridiculous things like lay on our back and remove our slacks. Then throw ( not place) a sheet on me mind you is folded . He does not leave the room for you to destroy rope ,start to do a pelvic exam leave the room and a hand full of jail gel all over your legs. Nothing to remove it with. One has to wonder if the owner/s of this business is aware of constant mistakes the office makes?????

Google says they open on Sunday at 8am but I wasted my time showing up at 9 to see a sign on the door saying they are open at 8, but had locked doors and not a car in the parking lot. They definitely missed out on a first time customer.
