My husband and myself been with Dr. Karia for 29 years, now we’re Medicare patients and we love Dr karia and staffs, they’re profesional and compassionate and Dr spend time with his patients like any other Dr, they make us feel like family! Elvira and Tina treat people with love and respect! ❤️

Dr Karia is very caring and have the pacience to answer all question. The staffon the other side does not want to be bother to do their job, always moody, rude and loud since my first appt i have been dealing with their atitude, last time i was there I had them yelling at me asking if i was sure i had been there before because they could not find my files, but that was not the worse part ... I needed a referral to take to another doctor and the secretary dont wanna to do because she doesnot wanna to stay in hold on the phone, she also is yelling at me because she doesnt need to call them because i should have picked a doctor they already have the information and that is not her job ..when i tell her she is always rude she hangs up the phone on me , after calling her back ans asking to speak to the doctor she is telling i dont need and appt ans puts me on hold..worse experience of my life with a doctos office taking in consideration i am pregnant and with horroble cramps ...almost lost my appt because they refuse to do the proper doc and send by fax .. Ps I have to go pick up the referal just because they dont want to fax it Dr Karia is very caring and have the pacience to answer all question. If I could give no starts I would. Unfortunately, my insurance company assigned this doctor as my PCP. When I called in to schedule an appointment the receptionist that answered the phone had a terrible attitude, she was very rude during the entire call. Then when I asked to speak to someone else she just put me on hold. The lady that answered got on the phone and instead of apologizing for her rude coworker she proceeded to say “she was not being rude to you I don’t know why you said she was being rude”. As a client you can’t tell me how to feel instead of de escalating the situation she actually made it worse. I will definitely be reporting this to my insurance and leaving a bad review. Extremely rude staff, I called as a new patient and they only wanted to argue with me.

I've had a horrible experience with this office I even had them reported to my insurance company, due to the rudeness of the staff they treat you like if u were doing them a favor.. extremely disrespectful staff. Stay away !
