Dr. Kochurani Cherian Puthumana

It pains me to even have to leave this review. My family has been using this doctor and her facility for over 10 years. The problem lays with her staff. Her staff is continously rude and nasty. They show no care for patients and often miscommunicate with said patients. The person at the desk, WHOMEVER she is, has a nasty tone with patience seeking simple information. She either needs to be replaced or retrained in the area of customer service and basic patient care.

Great listener, very caring, takes her time with you! Exceptional!

In 2016 I wrote an honest, genuine, and heartfelt reference for Dr. Puthamana and her caring staff. So, 20 years has extended another 5 plus years. My impressions remain for both my husband and myself. Feel free to read the original and perhaps disregard the negative remarks.

I was looking for a PCP and spoke to my neighbor who had been seeing Dr. Puthumana for over 20 years. I contacted her office and the receptionist and staff was very friendly. Due to COVID 19, they set me up with a new patient Tele-health appointment. I was immediately drawn to Dr Puthumana's professionalism and caring aura. I felt very comfortable with her and set up a follow-up appointment. Because of her attentiveness and knowledge she immediately referred me to an OB/GYN Doctor. I love knowing that I now have an excellent Primary Care Physician like Dr K. Puthumana who I can trust with my overall health care needs. Thank you!

Dr. Puthumana is very compassionate and dedicated to her patients. She listens and always offers knowledgeable information regarding your complaints. She has been my PCP for years and I have complete faith in her. I have recommended her to family and friends. She has an outstanding office staff that goes out of their way to facilitate your needs.

I have been a patient for nearly 20 years and I can tell you that she is a loving, caring, compassionate physician with exceptional skills and professionalism. Both my husband and myself feel blessed to be our care giver. I highly recommend Dr. Puthamana. By the way, her dedicated staff are top-notch employees that give the very best in customer service!

Bad experience. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning to this Dr. She tells lies. Not to be trusted. Staff was also rude & overheard talking rudely about me.
