Most horrible doctor I have ever been to. I have a true phobia about all doctors since going to Dr Kristal Wilson. Awful awful awful

My experience with Dr. Wilson has been very positive. Dr. Wilson always listened carefully and responded with caring attention and helpful management for my long-term pain. I appreciate her concern, care and treatment.

Very caring and knowledgeable

Very rude wanting me to have a surgery thats very expensive doesn't care you are in pain. Acted like its no big deal my appointment was at 2pm didnt get done until 350pm. She is a very rude doctor was going to call in three medicines then i ask the lady at the desk she said she wasnt calling me in nothing...

My surgeon at Baptist recommended Dr. Wilson to me. She has been treating me for nearly two years. I have a lot of issues with arthritis in my back. She listens to me and has a very outgoing personality. The surgeon said he could not help me on arthritis, but Dr. Wilson has helped me manage the pain and make it bearable. It is not all about taking drugs. Her staff is friendly and treat me very well when I am there. I went into this with my eyes open and Dr. Wilson has exceeded my expectations.

Saw her multiple times. I had long history scoliosis/fusion at 15. Spondylolisthesis, recent back surgery, fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. She did not address my pain however she did do multiple useless expensive procedures. During the last procedure she ridiculed me for my pain response. She left back was hospital and now has gone to pain Centers of America still in Louisville. She needs to be in another field.

Dr. Wilson is a wonderful doctor however, her staff is another issue. I have several issues with my back and need a procedure done to cauterize the nerves in my back. I have been trying since March to get her scheduling staff to get this scheduled and all you get is an answering machine. It doesn't matter how many times your call, I've called at least 30 times since March, and her scheduling staff simply flat out ignores you. No call back, no messages, they simply ignore the fact that you are in pain and they ignore that fact that you have even called. This is very unprofessional, especially when this doctor is a pain management doctor. To allow any patient to go 3 months in terrible pain is unacceptable. Maybe a call to the AMA will get this issue resolved.

Dr. Wilson is an outstanding doctor and I think she’s a unicorn in the PM world. She is always cheery and bright. She is very attentive and takes time at every appt to make sure all of my concerns are addressed (and I am a handful emotionally). More importantly, she is an exceptional anesthesiologist. I have CRPS and I get marked relief 100% of the time Dr. Wilson performs an epidural or SNB on me. She has truly changed my quality of life for the better. There is such a stigma around PM in today’s climate. When you live with severe chronic pain and have suffered emotional trauma, skill along with patience and kindness of your care givers really makes a difference. Dr. Wilson posses all of the above.

Dr.Wilson is amazing. A true professional. I highly recommend! The entire Baptist Health team is top notch

First office visit was an EXCELLENT experience! Dr. Wilson is knowledgeable, personable, patient, and seems to be very caring in her dedication to dealing with my chronic back-pain issue. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend her to any family or friend!
