Dr. Hayes flew through my appt, didn't ask questions when I said I'd been treated for seb derm before, disregarded what my previous provider had prescribed (a regimen that had resulted in long-term remission of the symptoms), said it was a very mild case (it's not), and dipped out after saying she'd be right back. I nearly broke down crying after the nurse said Dr Hayes was on to her next appt. Dr Hayes' prescriptions did nothing to help my symptoms.

I have known Dr. Hayes for years. She is by far one of the best physicians I have ever seen.

Dr Hayes listened to my concerns and was very helpful in coming up with a solution.

Dr. Hayes is great and listens to your concerns and acts accordingly. My procedures were done quickly and efficiently and in minimal time. My only complaint is I had to call the office 3 weeks after my procedures to get my biopsy results, only to find out the doctor had not signed off on them yet so they could not release the results. I'm disappointed that I seem to have fallen through the cracks. Hopefully the biopsy doesn't indicate additional problems.

Dr Hayes just acted like my skin allergies were no big deal. I was not very impressed. I decided to see her once more for a rash on a surgical site. No appointments were available for 2 1/2 months! Ridiculous. This office could use more doctors and could even accommodate patients past 3:00 on Fridays since there is such an overwhelming demand. I will have to find a new dr
