Dr. Kristie Anh Vo

My family has been coming to this clinic for a few years now and the service is excellent! The staff is very friendly and they explain all the benefits of added features to protect your vision. Dr Kristie is very thorough in her exam and takes her time with each patient. We highly recommend this place!

I’m a patient in this clinic and very satisfied the girls that work there are great and help me all the time very satisfied and recommend it.

The reviews are true - unfortunately rude and bad customer service. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt due to the convenience of being closer to home, not a good idea. The rudeness was unnecessary. Sad.

I didn't even go into this place, I only called right now but that was enough for this review (which is dislike doing). I feel the person that I spoke to was so unhelpful and wasn't listening at all, which led me to finally say that I felt this location was going to work out and thanked them for their time. Makes me never want to call this place and even given them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully they can get some new people to speak to who care to listen about someone's experiences with prior optometry places so they are able to reassure how they are better with their ways. Worst experience ever! These people care more about there social life then there customers! When I chose my glasses they were zero help. They don't even have regular optometrist tables where they measure your eyes and such, you do that at the counter!! I waited three months to get my glasses back. I go to pick them up only to find our they do zero fitting, measurements NOTHING! Hand you your glasses and tell you have a good day. I'm like umm you don't measure or anything, they say do they fit, can you see, is it a new world??? WHAT??? NEVER have I ever experienced such unprofessional people! I found this location on google maps because it was the closest to me. I decided to come here with my girlfriend to get her exam. Some lady with glasses by the name of Lina or Dina was very rude. As I was gathering some information for my girlfriend she was very rude and in a rude tone she said to me “I am speaking with her”. As a guest that’s no type of way to give customer service, even as my girlfriend been an adult and been able to take decisions on herself. She shouldn’t have given me attitude in any way. Dirty and unprofessional and OLD inventory. They LOST my glasses. On top of that the front desk receptionist told me if I really needed them to go to this office in Fontana!!! Their office was a MESS! My toddlers toys are better organized than this. I looked at their glasses and it's same thing they have had for over 4 years! Their glasses some are broken for you to test and see and super dusty. When I left I just said this was very unprofessional. How does someone loose a pair of glasses???!!! Oh and the person who did this and suggest I drive to another location and refunded my out of pocket cost was the manager. Now I have to contact my insurance and see if they billed me. Easy to get an appointment with short notice. Nice doctor. Helpful staff. Adequate selection of frames with reasonable prices (atleast with my insurance).

I have been going here for 3 years and they are always nice and friendly.

Made a same day appointment for my six year old son. They were very friendly and helped me with every question I had. My son suffers from astigmatism on both eyes, that I didn't know he had. Dr. Vo was really helpful and took her time with both me and my son to explain future treatment. Looking forward to working with her and the staff. Don't go here. I have not gone in person, I only called to ask some questions about their prices. The lady that answered had attitude and would answer the questions in a rude way. She seemed frustrated after the second question. I am for sure not going there. Prices were too high.

This place is awesome. I thought the girls in the front office part were very nice and helpful. They knew what they were doing and were very informative. The prices were also very reasonable. I recommend this optometrist 100%.

I've been going to Dr. Vo for 5+ years now. The main receptionist is always friendly, and Dr. Vo takes her time and has a great memory for personal details. If I ever had a problem with my Rx or glasses, she says just to bring them in. I've never felt pushed to get contacts or glasses, and when I've wanted to get cheap glasses at Sears or Costco, she has no problem writing or calling in my Rx. The office is too small. They don't fit you for the glasses they just give them to you. Pay the deductible and be done. Bye. The staff is nice only on the first visit after that they treat you like if they don't care. The doctor is okay, she seems to ignore the outside of the office. Once I went in and she was behind the counter and did not even greeted me. They push you to buy their contact lenses, which are more expensive of course. Their selection is very limited. They don't offer discounts like others do. THE ONLY THING THAT COUNTS IS MONEY. ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE DONE WITH YOU. I really did not like the service. I will not be going back.
