This must be the best eye doctor in the history of eye doctors because I called to make an appointment in February and they claim to be booked up until July.

I have never been to the clinic and never will. I called the clinic and someone answered the phone. I let her know that I requested and appointment with my doctors office and they told me that I need to see a specialist. She then said, “Hold on.” About 20 secs later another person picked up the phone. I was confused because the other woman did not tell me that she was going to transfer the call. I then told the second woman my story and that I need to make an appointment. The second woman then told me to hold, then the line was cut. I then called the clinic back and the second woman answered the phone. I let her know that I had called and the line was disconnected. She did not apologize or explain why I was hung up on. All she told me was, “ We do not have any opening until April. I felt like they did not care and could not be bothered. This is not good customer service and they need to hire new people to answer phones or they are not going to get new customer. I have never been to the clinic and never will.
