Mrs. Kristine Kelli Pettersson-Rosenbusch

Did not give any insight or help with any of my issues. Felt like she was guessing what was wrong with me and just ran with it. Sounded like she was driving in the middle of our session once, forgot to come in another, and said I missed an appointment when I never scheduled it. When I suggested that I might not schedule another appointment, she said she had "other patients to deal with". Very disappointed in my experience.

She was just awful. I'm still upset about my appointment with over a year ago. She would interrupt me constantly say a cookie clutter cliche and act like she just unlocked something for me. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Terrible therapist and a worse person.

I wish I would have read these reviews before wasting my time with her. She was a bad listener and an even worse communicator. Seemed distracted, always late and ended sessions early. Never gave me any insight into my condition or how to get better. Ended it feeling more depressed than when I came in. Do yourself a favor and find someone who actually cares about your well-being!

Horrible experience. I had phone sessions with Kristine for about 4 months. She cancelled often, sounded like she was doing other things in the background (zipping up luggage/driving/timers going off), and didn’t really help me work through much of anything. Her cookie-cutter questions made me feel as if my problems weren’t worth her time. I often gave myself homework assignments and retold her things multiple times. She ended sessions quite abruptly as well. Worst part was that when I had planned to speak with her about discontinuing our sessions, she did not call at my appointment time. I sent an amicable text parting ways, and she responded days later outlining the reasons why it was my fault therapy was not working for me. Not a good fit for this role from my personal experience.

I have been talking to Kristine for over a year now and she has been pleasant and very helpful. I am dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. She has helped me with tools that I can use daily and she asks about specific things that I mentioned in my previous session. I have really enjoyed my sessions with her and have found them to be very helpful to build a more meaningful life where negativity no longer brings me down.

I had a horrible experience. She continuously kept asking me questions that made me feel uncomfortable. She doesn’t allow me to speak for the whole session, she always ends 15-20 minutes early. She dives into the most unimportant parts of what I share (it comes off as nosey, gossipy). She’s not flexible with her meeting times at all. She does not remember important details about me that I share. I would not recommend her. She made a joke about me needing therapy. She told me “I see why you need therapy because ...” and laughed.

she was terrible and she doesnt keep any medical records and says some of the dumbest things i have ever heard a person say she also doesnt remeber your prior sessions conversation

We met twice, she was late twice and didn't offer any explanation or apology either time. The second time, she ended the session early. Like the other person mentioned she's pretty scattered and disorganized. I would not recommend her.

Was very unorganized

I had a very terrible experience with Kristine. She did not remember anything from my first session, and wasted tons of time during my second session asking me questions that she should have known. She did not even remember the very serious mental health issue I was experiencing (Post-partum depression and anxiety) or how many children I have. She was spacey and aloof and the whole session and did not offer any solutions. Horrible experience!
