Took a long time just to schedule an appointment. I had to wait an hour beyond my appointment because she was behind schedule. She could have explained more in detail of my condition, the follow-up and procedures needed. The assistant provided me care instructions sheet without going over it with me. Dr Payne is amazing. She is so caring and understanding with my daughter. She worked with my daughter’s rheumatologist to find a better solution for her treatment and now her hair is growing back and her skin is gorgeous again!!! Thank you Dr. Payne!!

Dr. Payne is my all-time favorite doctor (of any speciality). She is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. She takes her time, is interested, explains things well and is just all around AWESOME! It takes a while to get an appointment, but I HIGHLY recommend her!

Just plain rude.

Office staff Brook and office manager very rude I went to my car twice while waiting to be called to the back, it took me 3 minutes to walk outside to make sure my car was still running as I had my dog in the car. Brook told me if I left again I would need to reschedule, I explained the car would turn off after 15 minutes and it was 91 degrees outside. I told her you must not own a dog. Another 15 minutes went by and I said I had to check. She said reschedule, I said I will find another office. Called Tammy the office manager to tell her about this and she was anything BUT concerned or empathetic. She said that is what Dr. Payne said to do. Needless to say I have found a new dermatologist. Dr Payne is the best. She is very smart and really nice. You feel comfortable with her from the start.

Dr. Payne is so personable and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed. The check in/out process went quickly and smoothly.

Great doctor! She listens well and spent a lot of time discussing options. I did not feel rushed at all. I also appreciate the online scheduling which helped me find an earlier appointment for a pressing issue. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Payne is an excellent physician who is very knowledgeable and has developed a great rapport with the 4 members of my immediate family who are her patients. She has always taken the time to discuss in detail anything that she finds to be of concern, and listens to what the patient concerns are. She usually provides more than one option for treatment, if required. The office staff has always been professional, courteous, and friendly, no matter how busy they are, and wait times are minimal.

My appt. was for 3 pm, I did not see her until 3:40pm. Total time spent with physician was 10 min. She did not do a very through exam, did not look under breasts, or take time to really look at all my skin. I waited 3 months to see her to discuss some issues with itchy skin, seemed like she was in a rush the entire time. Got out to my car at 4pm, and that is after paying 160 bucks. if you want to speed date your cancer check then go ahead and book with her.
