This was unpleasant experience today at this MD office. The doctor was pleasant but the receptionist name Susan was rude and out of order. During this Pandemic seasoning she directed me to sit on the patient table that the white paper was dirty and disccussing. Of course I refuse and the doctor had to tell her to be sensitive to my needs as the patient. So upset that my BP reading was high. So if you don't want to be insulted by Susan don't go there.I have never encountered such unprofessionalism as I did with this Susan person. WARNING do not Expose yourself to this kind of behavior.
