Dr Unverferth is an excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner. His staff is knowledgeable and responsive.

I met Dr. Unverferth after my total knee replacement had failed for the 3rd time in 2 years. The surgeon that I was working with previously refused to believe that anything was wrong and dismissed every concern that I had about there being a problem. (Even with tests in hand) Dr. Unverferth was so gracious and listened to all of my concerns and agreed there was a problem and he also agreed that he would do everything he could to fix it. He was the epitome of professional, caring and supportive. I am so thankful that I was referred to him. I am 3 weeks post op and very confident that I am finally on the road to recovery. I have seen two exceptional surgeons at Orthopedic One. They have been kind, informative, convenient and not afraid to get a second opinion. They are highly skilled and have done what I consider to be a fine job. Physical therapy has been wonderful to work with as well.

Being referred to Dr unverferth by Dr triffton for knee replacement surgery was a step in the right direction, I bypassed 2of 3 cortisone shots and gel shots to get my arthritic knee replaced. Dr . Unverferth has replaced both my knees and has been a excellent surgeon both times!!

Had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Unverferth for my knee issues. 30 years ago I had ACL reconstruction by his father, and have been singing his praises ever since. It was great to see his son continuing that tradition! Would recommend Dr Unverferth to anyone in need of an orthopedic doctor.

He is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. Always there for his patients. Excellent surgeon.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Kurt Unverferth. He and his staff were professional and courteous at every level. I will more than likely have to have my other hip replaced down the road and I will definitely be going back to OrthoOne!

Dr. Unverferth has been so good to me. I forget that my artificial knees are not real. I can even crawl on the floor with my grand daughters. Thank you for giving me my life without pain again.

Dr. Unverferth is very personable makes things very easy to understand and really cares about his patients.

Everything you would expect in a top notch medical organization. The medical building appearance was clean and safety precaution were fully in place. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr unverferth took time to fully explain my diagnosis and answer my questions.

Not happy my first visit I waited over 1 45 minutes had X-rays then waited another 30 minutes and he wrote in his notes “ I am at loss” so we did a MRI so I went back for results and waited another hour and half just for him to read me the report and basically said there is nothing wrong come back in 6 months. Spent maybe 7-10 minutes.

Dr. Kurt Unverferth did my knee surgery 6 years ago. Just had my five year checkup every thing went great. Dr. Unverferth answered all my and my husband's questions. Everyone at Orthopedic ONE are wonderful.

Excellent experience. Dr. Unverferth has operated on my wife with a very good outcome, so I knew he could be trusted to care for my condition. The business side was surprisingly well-organized, with a smooth workflow. The care assistant--wish I could remember her name, Terisa?--was attentive and a good way to maximize a doctor's productivity. Using someone like that to let a patient talk or reflect long enough to remember all that's going on is a smart move; no way an MD has time for that, but he or she can read the summary quickly. Dr Kurt Unverferth is an outstanding physician and is a fantastic person. His personal interest in me is way above what any patient would normally expect. He has followed up with personal phone calls, in between office visits. His intent is to do everything possible to provide me with the best results. He takes his time, gets to point. This is my second hip replacement, I trust him implicitly. Absolutely no problems with first hip, he's the best!!

I would give Dr. unreferred five stars or 10 stars the highest available

You will not find a better Dr. and staff anywhere! After many years I'm finally able to walk again without crutches or a cane. He always listened and took his time with me as well as his staff. I cannot Thank Dr. Unverferth or his staff enough for everything they have done for myself and my family.
