Liked the doctor until I asked them to complete FMLA paperwork. I have high BP, renal failure, strokes and enlarged heart. Didn't know that they could pin point when I would have issues again, because the question on the form asks about intermittent episodes and 'No' was marked. If there are no intermittent episode risks, why am I seeing a cardiologist every 3 months since my May hospital stay, when I was diagnosed with these health issues? was told that they normally don't complete these forms unless the patient is in the hospital. Wow!
