he doesn't listen to his patients nor does he read the patients chart. When there is a plan in place he decides that he needs to run all the tests again so he can know what's going on when all that information is in the chart. He causes unnecessary pain and suffering to patients who are in dire straits.

Doesn't look at patients-no eye contact, doesn't acknowledge questions, Doesn't do a hands on physical. No personality at all and makes you a nervous wreck.
