Recently just had my wisdom teeth removed and was very satisfied with how I was taken care of. Dr. Baker was excellent! The day of surgery, he came in to check on me before they took me back. Once I was in recovery, he again, came to check on me to make sure I was doing okay! He is very polite and does his job well. To add, Dr. Bakers office called me three days later to check in on me to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend!! Thank you Dr. Baker!!!

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed on a Friday morning. I was back at work on Monday with minimal pain. From the time I was sedated to the time my teeth were out was less then 30 minutes. They explained everything and made it easy for me. I hate having dental work done and they made it bearable here.

Dr. Larry is short sweet and to the point. This can be off putting to some, but being in the dental field (not surgery thank goodness haha) I truly would only put my care in his hands. Expertise like his is unmatched, I would trade that for his "bedside manor" that I have seen other post about. He extracted two wisdom teeth for me with just numbing as I was a poor college kid and couldn't afford to be put under. But he did great, even though I may have wiggled around a bit. Front desk ladies are friendly. Had my records(X rays) sent over prior to consult for surgery. Neither the nurse or doctor had reviewed anything other than the basic reason I was there. I had to ask if they had seen the xrays which neither had looked at and doctor still didn't. Both were very short in discussing/explaining options. I chose to go elsewhere and very happy I did. He was awesome he explained everything very clearly I understood everybody's there was awesome they did a great job I had 20 teeth pulled plus some reconstruction plus other things and I was very comfortable and taken care of and he is a great surgeon the best and thank you and if anybody thinks he's supposed to hold your hand and baby you he's a surgeon he's busy and he was nice as could be I will definitely recommend him 100%. He treated my daughter super. Took the time and addressed all of her concerns. Excellent surgeon. Excellent chair side manners.

Horrible horrible place. His PA has no manners and is rude!!! He comes in shakes your hand asks any questions then leaveS. I left with no follow up appointment and Tylenol 3 for pain medicine after just having 4 teeth dug out and stitched. So here I am everyone says your suppose to feel better after a couple to few days and I have no relief at all. Poor bedside manners coupled with lack of empathy and miscommunication with the billing lady led to a very poor experience. Billing lady called surgery center to speak with me a few minutes before scheduled surgery as my wife was getting ready to be sedated to threaten to call off the surgery if we didn't make a sizable down payment. Dr. Baker told my wife to be quiet as she was screaming in pain because they were removing gauze from the surgery area and did not control her pain levels. He didn't want her to disturb the other patients and seemed frustrated that she made noise. At the very end we were told a follow up X-ray was part of the procedure and we wouldn't have to pay for it. We moved to Omaha and went out of our way to drive back for the no expense x-ray figuring it would save us money over having an X-ray done in Omaha that wasn't tied to the procedure. Here we are months later and the billing lady is not returning voicemails and instead communicates to us monthly through sticky notes on bills. I think Dr Baker is skilled and we had good experiences with the nurses. We had a good outcome other than our experiences with the office which is why I gave the office two stars instead of one. I would not recommend this office based on my experiences here. If you can overlook the experience, he has a reputation for being a skilled surgeon. Amazing! Implant was so easy.

Went in today and was having major anxiety! The assistants were so good in getting me to calm down, offering other suggestions on how to proceed and not rushing anything. Dr baker did awesome removing my wisdom teeth

Horrible and rude staff.

My son needed a procedure done and went for a consultation. The nurse was rude and talked to us as if we were toddler's! The actual doctor was even worse he was in the room for perhaps a total of 2 minutes if that never looked in his mouth even after i tried to explain his situation i wasnt even sure why i had to take off work and my son miss school for 2 mintues of this doctors time. Absolutely awful place not professional and no compassion toward my family. We ended up seeing doctor Henry Mitchell out of lincoln they cared for my son and gave him compassion and acted like they cared they explained everything very thoroughly and most important listen to what i had to say! I'm 22 and I just had my bottom wisdom teeth removed here, local anethsesia only. Everybody was knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process, gave me my options, and during the actual procedure, they worked quickly and talked to me, let me know what they were doing, made sure I want panicking. As far as I could tell (with no education in the business of oral surgery), they seemed really competent and had the operation finished in a matter of minutes. Places like these get a really bad rap because the work they do isn't fun. It's easy to give restaurants five stars but an oral surgeon? So there's my two cents. They treated me very well. I've had several teeth extracted here. Today was the best ever. Staff is kind, friendly, sweet, smiling, and very understanding (10x) towards my anxiety. Today was pain free. (almost blood free also). They educated me and explained how and what was going to happen. I can not tell you how much I appreciate this respect for my weakness, and help getting thru it. I look forward to replacing these someday, and know they will smile and do a terrific job. 10 GOLD Stars. Can it really be almost 13 years since I started going here? Set up the appointment showed up early, hygienists were ok but the actual dentist was horrible. I told them before making the appointment I have anxiety attacks and as soon as he stuck the needle in i cried a small amount nothing obnoxious and he said he was done and refused to extract two teeth. Said they didn't want a bad review so they would not proceed. Do not recommend this place if you ever let one tear drop. Absolutely ridiculous. Great staff. They did a wonderful job removing my wisdom teeth. Would definitely recommend.

Don't go there. They charged me over $230 for 3 minutes consultation. Outrageous! Scam!
