They take forever to answer. They don't get back with you when they say they will. Takes forever for them to send scripts when requested. Not a happy customer and would not refer anyone here.

Dr. Chalmers has been treating my daughter for 10 years. I thank God for and her patience with my daughter, she is not an easy patient, Because of Dr. Chalmers my daughter is still alive and on a pump. I have never had a Problem with her or her staff.

Dr. Chalmers is a great doctor. Reading these reviews I'd hate to have some of you as patients. I don't know a specialty doctor that isn't booked out a ways UNLESS you are a patient that is deadly you will wait just like every office that is understaffed right now, not to mention covid shut downs affected scheduling for months. I waited 99 days for my appt but called & got blood work sooner to make sure everything was good which it was so patiently waited for my office visit. They were on time & I waited for a few minutes for her to come in but I could hear her on a call concerned about a patient talking to another doctor so was fine being patient seeing she was helping others. Chalmers is the only doctor I've been to that listens and then goes from there & does what she's able to do based off testing results & conversations. I think some of those reviewing need to remember that you are not the only patient & there are so many factors you can control yourself if you aren't feeling amazing but have good lab work so feel like she isn't doing anything to help since based on testing you are "fine". I would recommend Dr.Chalmers & I'm so glad I found her. Dr. Chalmers is a great doctor. Reading these reviews I'd hate to have some of you as patients. Dr Chalmers and her staff have been on time every time I have made an appointment. I schedule an appointment at 8, I get called in to the back at 8. I get reminder calls for the appointment. I get attention with in 5 minutes of going back. Her and her staff ram the paper work through very quickly. She is personable and offers the newest technology available. I've been in other endocrinologist's offices and waited hours. To me and my family she is the best. I'm split about my opinion on miss Chalmers and her care. On one hand her simple to the point personality is something I normally want in a doctor-straight to the point. However when it comes to certain things she just glosses over, bothers me. I used to have doctors that went over with me about certain things like blood sugar patterns and would give me all my paperwork(A1C,weight,3month blood sugar graph, ect) at the end of the visit. Not so much miss Chalmers. I typically receive no papers even though I want them, she commented one time "you lost some weight" but did not tell me how much, and she seems to regularly send in the wrong amounts for prescriptions I ask for. While I enjoy a simple and to the point person, I feel like I need someone I can strategize with on my T1D(and my current weight loss journey) , of whom I feel I cannot do with miss Chalmers, at least not at this time (2020/2021)

PCOS is under control and i continue to be in good health 20 years After my diagnosis. I don’t know how she became interested in endocrinology but she was intelligent and supportive. She did her best and I was very happy. Adult endocrinology is something I wish I had been prepared more for.

If I could give her negative star I would. Went to see her for my thyroid (hashimoto's). I felt like I was wasting her time trying explain my symptoms and the meds/ prescription I was on wasn't helping me feel better. I felt rushed. No feed back. Except she said she would have my blood work done and a ultra sound. Next day her nurse called me. And said I didn't need to get blood work or ulyra sound done. And come back in 6 months. If i could give you zero stars, I would. I would think that as a woman, this lady would at least be a little more understanding of the fear that goes along with having an undiagnosed medical condition, but she is NOT. She was in and out of the clinic room and did not even put her hands on my neck to check my thyroid. I would not recommend this doctor to any of my family or friends. She also failed to answer multiple questions that i had and quickly dismissed all of the things I had to say. Please don’t waste your time with this doctor. I waited months for my appointment FOR NOTHING. I am a young person and have family on both side of my family who had thyroid tumors that did not affect their thyroid levels. Regardless of what’s wrong, learn some humility and have compassion for people who are in pain, doc. Your bedside manner is totally lacking.

I was diagnosed at age 8 1/2 and have seen my fair share of endocrinologists. Dr. Chalmers is one of best I've worked with because of her patience, intelligence, friendliness, and the fact that she isn't judgmental. Most diabetics can tell you that it's a difficult disease to manage at times, things go haywire, and yes, sometimes, we are the ones making the mistakes. But no matter the reason, everyone from doctors to strangers are quick and easy to judge. Having a doctor to helps, encourages, listens, and makes a plan rather than judging, patronizing, and discouraging you is a breath of fresh air. Dr. Chalmers is great and I highly recommend her.

She's very kind and informative. Easy to talk to. Definitely one of my favorite doctors. I've seen her since I was around 12 (I'm 19 now)

When I called to schedule new patient appointment they are scheduling 7 months out!!! Person who answered phone was rude and didnt even say bye when hanging up. ????

Dr. Chalmers is thorough and caring. She is honest and gives helpful advice and information that is helpful to your child. I have been seeing her since my daughter was diagnosed in 2014.

Unfortunately, my daughter has been with Dr. Chalmers for over 10 years and she did not catch her Hyperthyroidism either. luckily she went to see a Gynecologist about not having periods since Chalmers could not figure it out and the Gynecologist ran labs and found that her thyroid levels were off.

Dr Chalmers has saved mine and my husband's lives. He is a Type 1 diabetic.who was very sick when he first saw her nine years ago.She researches insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors and advises him which one is best for him. I am a Type2 diabetic and the doctor treating me was treating me wrong. My A1C.was 11.6, she changed my medicine and in three months my A1C was 7.4. If Randy is having problems I can call her office and she gets right back with me. We absolutely LOVE her!!

This office is the worst don't work with any one I'm a single parent tried to see if some one else cld bring my daughter said no I'm a single parent and can't miss work they don't care

So thankful for Dr. Chalmers. She has been so proactive in our sons diabetes progression and treatment. She calls us directly at home with lab reports or new issues. She has such compassion for us as parents, along with being a professional for our son. Pediatric diabetes is a hard diagnosis on the entire family and she and her staff have helped us each step of the way, calming tears, fears and answering all questions. We highly recommend her! My wife is a type 1 diabetic, and she has been transferring doctors a lot trying to find a good one. Finding a good endocrinologist seems to be one of the hardest things to do, but Dr Chalmers has far surpassed my expectations. She actually cares about my wife, and has gone out of her way to help us when we need it. I am so thankful to her, and her staff for their professionalism. I would recommend her to anyone. My daughter has hasimotos since she was 11, she went to Dr Chalmers q 6 months! Dr Chalmers never once felt her thyroid nor did a thyroid ultrasound ! I would ask her to she never did ! My daughter turned 18 and got to see an adult endocrinologist Dr Baker who is amazing! She felt her thyroid my daughter has nodules she did a thyroid ultrasound there are multiple nodules one large one , my daughter has to have a biopsy on her thyroid!! I am very upset !

Dr. Chalmers is an excellent MD, her staff in Tulsa is the most difficult aspect of working with her.

Dr Chalmers literally saved my life. My medical Dr could not figure out what was wrong. I died 3 times in 2 different Tulsa hospitals. My MD sent me to Cleveland clinic in which they did not find. Dr Chalmers ran a test that showed aldosterone. After prescribing the medicine I needed I've been perfectly fine. Thanks could never be enough, forever greatful!

My 12 year old daughter is a Type 1 Diabetic and she has seen Dr. Chalmers since she was 8. She has received excellent care. One of the many things I like about Dr. Chalmers is that she speaks directly to my daughter and explains things on her level. Our daughter is thriving, in part, due to Dr. Chalmers and her staff

Called their offices to make an appointment. Horrible staff. ..front desk is totally disorganized and lied about every conversation with them. Lied to the Doctor about all conversations with them as well. Doctor is totally unprofessional. Front desk staff is abusive. . Don't go there...even if they pay YOU!

I just have to say Dr. Chalmers saved my life. I had a tumor in my head that was huge, and I was falling through the cracks with Neuro doctors here in Tulsa and in my deepest dispare, Dr. Chalmers reached outside of the scope of her duties to me as a physician and found a network of doctors in OKlahoma City that was the group she came from. This group of physicians, Dr. Sugruh and Dr. Sanclement are state of the art, and the premier doctors in their field. They attended to me with urgency and saved my life. Had it not been for a caring and selfless Dr. Chalmers, my prognosis was blindness then death. She reached out to me in a personal and selfless way, on her own time saw to it that I was in the hands of Doctors who would and did help me. I can not say enough good about her, and I can tell you that she is a very attentive doctor who will go beyond the call of duty. If she has knowledge that can help, she will do it.
