Dr. Cohen is great she is nice and very professional, her staff is nice I would recommend her.

I was great with a friendly receptionist who gladly answered my questions. The nurse or assistant who took my history listen and noted my comments in I felt accurate detail. Dr Silvia Sedrak was kind compassionate and friendly. She answers my questions and my requests to do an unexpected biopsy to save me a trip was accommodated. I appreciated the overall friendly atmosphere in the office. Well done

Unable to get her office to call me back for over a month. I’ve left at least six messages with no return phone calls. My primary doctor’s office said this is a common problem they’ve been having with her office. They were not surprised. I’m currently waiting for a new referral.

Dr Cohen, is excellent! She is very understanding & warm. Love the music ???? that’s played in her office also!????

If you want a dermatologist that actually cares about the patient find someone else…

Only cares about the money.

Dr. Cohen spent 5 minutes with me each time I visited her and never listed to my concerns. Then her staff proceeded to have the wrong phone number on call for me and charged me $50 for an appointment they never notified me about. If you want to see a dermatologist that will actually care and treat you like a human, go somewhere else!

Can,t say enough about Dr. Cohen, she is kind and understanding and listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Cohen, she has helped so much with my skin issues.

I like Dr. Cohen. She is talented and knows her area of expertise. She is direct, but cares about her patients health. Staff is friendly and efficient.

This was my first visit and I was quite pleased. Md. Cohen's office is clean and her staff is polite and friendly. They are well organized. I was seen on time and Md Cohen was congenial, respectful and patiently listened to my concerns. She has a wonderful bedside manner and I felt comfortable with her. I read these reviews and can understand the varied posts. Bottom line: Dr Cohen is a very talented and efficient doctor. If you have a condition that needs treatment, she will take extremely good care of you. She is no nonsense and direct to the point. She will not coddle you nor enable nor allow you to justify behaviors. If you have a dermatology issue she WILL provide excellent treatment. I read these reviews and can understand the varied posts. Totally disappointed with Dr Cohen!

I love Dr Cohen and her staff. The office environment is very clean, pleasant and relaxing (as relaxing as a doctor's office can be). They are very good at explaining procedures and talking you through everything that is happening to you. Dr. Cohen is very professional and has a highly trained staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Cohen for years. She is very experienced in medical and cosmetic Dermatology. She is very thorough in her skin checks and knowledgeable in treatments from acne to precancers/AKs. I trust her for my fillers and juvederm and the results are always very natural! I refer all my friends and family.

I enjoy Dr. Cohen’s office and her staff. I recommend her for skin checks. She found abnormal moles and was able to surgically remove them at the office. Excellent Doctor and Excellent Care!

I went to Dr Cohen to check my scalp for reoccurring skin cancer. She said "oh there's nothing there" after glancing at one area. Then her office proceeded to charge my insurance company hundreds of dollars for a procedure they didn't even do! Not trustworthy or competent!

Excellent and experienced Dermatologist..figured out my skin issue.

NO BEDSIDE MANNER! If you enjoy being treated like an idiot and paying for it, then this is the dermatologist for you.

Great staff. Fast , attentive, great management. Wait time is less then 10 min. Dr Cohen takes her time and really cares and appreciated her patients. Does not seem like she is money hungry. Most other doctors I've visited wanted me in and out just for the copay and office visit. Thanks advanced dermatology and the great staff.

I couldn't disagree more with the previous review from Ms Erin Beck. I have been going to Dr. Cohen for the past year or so and each time she has been very helpful and attentive. They always refill my prescription without having to see me first (like a lot of doctors do) and I find the front office and support staff very friendly. Overall, very satisfied with Dr. Cohen! Dr. Cohen is the most thorough dermatologist I have been too. She listens to my concerns and gives quality care . The staff is amazing. They always have a smile on their face. The office is very clean and comfortable. So glad I found her!

Patient twice requested office staff to submit authorization to insurance for lab work ordered by Dr. Cohen. Office staff said, "Yes, right away!, both times but never submitted. When asked 3rd time to submit authorization request for the lab work, the office staff told the patient to contact the health insurance herself and get the codes for the lab work for them; when office staff told that was their job, office staff hung up -- Dr. Cohen is asleep at the wheel - DEPLORABLE staff!

Dr. Cohen is an excellent dermatologist who knows how to treat skin Cancer. She is caring and easy to get appointments - her staff is wonderful.
