Horrible bedside manner while I was post partum with my son. Would recommend you find anyone else. Not that I expect aurora to care, I'm writing this so other parents don't get mistreated by this terrible person.

After 1 month of seeing doctor Duncan my girlfriend and I didn’t not feel satisfied with our newborn. She never really seem to sit down and spend the time to explain and tell us what our sons problems were, and when asking a questions she would rush the answer that just left us with more questions. Dr Duncan is thorough in her exams and in answering all questions in person and via LiveWell.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Duncan for 3+ years now. She knows them well and is aware of their chronic asthma. We have an upcoming appointment within 7 days for a yearly physical. I sent over school paperwork for my child’s asthma care plan and drug authorization form. My son is currently in a crisis and needs his inhaler at school! She sent a message back saying she wasn’t going to fill it out because she hasn’t seen him in awhile and referred me to another doc that he also sees for his asthma. Which it has been months since he saw her as well. To me this is unacceptable seeing as though she HAS seen him for his asthma and prescribed him meds for it multiple times. When he has a flair up we go to HER first! I’m very disappointed and will find another doctor for my kids to see. My kids have been seeing Dr. Duncan for 3+ years now. Both of my kids have been with Dr. Duncan since birth. She is an amazing, knowledgeable and compassionate Dr. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Laura Duncan is an amazing Dr. She is wonderful with my child and us as well.

I would highly recommend her. She is very thorough and is very caring toward her patients. I feel safe in her care. She answers all of your questions where you understand them and never feels like she's rushing you.
