Dr. Fralich is an exceptional physician! She is knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and kind. She treated my teenage son with respect and kindness! Highly recommend Dr. Fralich!

Dr. Fralich is an excellent doctor. She's smart, engaged, and hears you. She's compassionate and knowledgable. Her musculoskeletal ultrasound skills are top notch, and she explains the findings to you. As a doctor who needed a doctor, I highly recommend her.

Dr. Fralich is a rare gem of a physician who truly cares about her patients. She listens, is professionally personable, sensitive, kind, and caring. In today's world where you are mostly just another "10 minute appointment" in most offices, Dr. Fralich is a breath of fresh air. She has mastered the art of efficiency while connecting with the patient as an individual. In short, you matter to Dr. Fralich.

Not at all happy with this doctor. She’s everything I want to avoid in a doctor. My child had a dislocation that she actually classified as a subluxation. I know what a dislocation is, since I experienced them as a child. When a kneecap is out of its groove for over 30 minutes and needs to be put back into place by an ER doctor, you’re definitely dealing with a dislocation. This doctor wouldn’t even have an open discussion of the possibility of surgery after a first time dislocation, even though my daughter is predisposed to them and no amount of PT ever worked to prevent my dislocations from occurring. She was very dismissive of everything I wanted to talk about and that is something NO doctor should ever do with a parent. Or patient. I hope if she reads this that she takes this criticism seriously and does better in the future with other patients.

I sought out three different opinions for my child’s orthopedic injury. I’m not sure if I caught her on a bad day or if it’s because she was with a student, but she came off very arrogant and dismissive and I was so disappointed with the lack of care and concern. She also misdiagnosed my child’s injury. Even I know what my child’s injury is called since I experienced the same injury/condition as a child. I’m not saying I know more than a doctor, but the other two doctors diagnosed it correctly and we’re not even talking about a rare or unique condition. So glad I found the right doctor over in CDA!! I have known Dr Fralich for many years. I was in a great deal of pain at my most recent visit, and she was very patient and understanding. I am so glad my children will have the opportunity to see her, if the need ever arises, now that they've entered into sports.

I have known Dr.Fralich since she was a Family Medicine resident. To see her go on and become the amazing sports medicine physician that she is has been wonderful. She is one of the most caring, bright, driven and intelligent individuals I have had the pleasure of knowing in medicine. When I was having trouble with my leg while training for my upcoming marathon, I knew she was the doctor who could help me. She made the correct diagnosis quickly and had me back to 100% far sooner than I had thought possible. I am happy to report I have been running with no pain and just completed my 10th marathon. Dr. Fralich is the most skilled, knowledgeable MD. Out there. She was willing to offer treatment for my old arthritic knees, when everyone else just threw up their hands. I owe her a great deal.

If not for this amazing woman my torn rotator cuff would still be torn. She diagnosed with an ultrasound their was a problem. From there on - all the right steps were taken. I suffered for 2 years plus until I found her. Gentle - listens - smart and kind. God bless Dr Fralich , From Patsy

Outstanding person besides being a great doctor! My son suffered a bad concussion this winter and Dr Fralich was a referral from PT. After the very first visit, my wife and I were put at ease as she's very professional, engaging and she has a wonderful bed side manner. A rare thing these days.

Dr. Fralich is a wonderful provider - great listener, explained her thinking as we went, and gave me multiple treatment options, so that I have an active role in my recovery. She is always patient and willing to discuss my concerns. She spends far more time than I'd expect talking with me, and is still always on time. Calm and professional, clearly very intelligent.

She is amazing. Doesn't give up trying to help you. Im so blessed to have her on my team to end my chronic pain.

Dr. Fralich such an amazing doctor I feel no matter what I say still not enough how to describe her as a person and as a doctor she is so wonderful so smart super friendly and I'm talking about an experience with this doctor she was treating my shoulder and now she's working on my wife's ankle and I would so recommend her to any family members and Friends because I trust her so much. Dr. Fralich is the best doctor I think I have ever come across. She is very thorough, kind, funny and knowledgeable. She is very interested in getting to the root of each problem, not just rushing you along with a band-aid to treat symptoms. It's been so nice as an athlete to feel like my anxiety with sports-related issues are understood and that she will be proactive in solving the problem.

Explains everything in detail, takes time to answer questions, doesn't feel rushed, professional and pleasant personality, gives options to chose from and recommendations.
