My child had his first appointment today with Dr. Laura Hans at the 722 W Maxwell clinic. We waited over an hour to see her and left. She never came to the room. I switched from Northwestern Memorial for this? Never had such bad customer service at NWM. The medical assistant, Rosa, was very nonchalant telling me it was the 'norm' to wait an hour - UNACCEPTABLE and disgraceful to have a child with developmental issues wait so long.
