I had an awful, traumatic experience being treated by Dr. Laura Moore at Klamath Basin Immediate Care. She immediately presented with a disgusted scowl on her face upon seeing my skin rash. After sharing with her what treatments id tried so far and describing my symptoms, she told me I was way off base because I didn't have any medical background I left in tears, shaking because I was so upset. This woman is not up on current research nor does she has good bedside manner.
