I have going to Dr. N for almost 11 years. There is no other pediatrician that I would go to. Absolutely love love her. Both my boys adore her. Love the staff at the front desk they are so sweet and helpful. Thank you Cindy and all staff and Dr. N. I don’t know what I would do with it you guys. we told him we weren’t comfortable because of the ER visit and he simply said.. It’s TRIAL and ERROR.. following that comment he made another obscene comment about my daughters soft spot in the back of her head saying it should have closed at the time and had the neuro surgeon there and he looked just as confused as we did.. although he had a mask on you could see the expression in his eyes.. following that appointment we contacted the hospital regarding this matter.. Neustater was MIA when we called to talk to her so we spoke to her boss Sherry Saunders.. apparently an investigation was conducted and I was never contacted or questioned… once the “investigation” was closed nothing was seen wrong with this consultation…

I have had my Daughters going to Dr. Neustater since they were babies. I wish I could go to her as she is such a great doctor, very knowledgeable and calm. My Girls always had stress with needles and blood drawn, but she made them comfortable and relaxed. She diagnosed my youngest with scoliosis and thank God she did because it was very serious and I missed it! They are adults now, we will miss her. Thank you Dr. Neustater for all the great care you have given my girls. All the best to you!!!

Dr. Neustater is kind and compassionate. We are always seen quickly, no long waits. She is thorough and asks many questions about baby’s skills to make sure her progression is on track. Dr. Neustater is a gem of a doctor. I am so happy to have chosen a wonderful pediatrician for our daughter.

Great doctor but the staff is rude.

Dr. Neustater has been my daughters doctor since birth =), she's currently 8..and I am so very pleased with her and her staff. She ALWAYS returns my calls whenever i have any medical concerns and that really means a lot to me. She's truly an amazing doctor and great person to have on your medical team !!

My kids ages (15,12,8) has Dr. Neustater as their pediatrician since 2003. Best pediatrician ever! She actually cares for our children's well begin. The staff is also great! From the ladies in the front desk to the nurses in the back, your treated like family. I would recommend their office always. New moms choose this office if you want to be educated on your newborns, and if you want to feel comfortable with Doctors around your precious babies. Dr. Neustater is the BEST pediatrician in Fort Lauderdale. She is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and kind! She is very easy to make appointments with and takes the time to address all of my questions and concerns. I have called her multiple times in my child's first year of life, and she has called me back each and every time (no matter how silly the question). I don't know what we'd do without her!

She is absolutely lovely. It's nice when you can go to the doctor and have a pleasant experience. In and out within 45 minutes.
